- There's one thing you could be doing to help you lose fat faster than anything else... but most guys are too scared to do it.
In this video, I talk about fat loss diets and how to use them to get in shape.
It's fine that it's unsustainable - that's part of the game.

[1] Note about dieting for weight loss:
I recommend tracking your calorie intake using an application if you want to ensure you're on the right track.
Here's my favourite app for that. (the one from the video)

Sriracha on hard-boiled eggs. So good and good for you!
GOATED
started @ 290 lbs at 6-2 (35% BF) two weeks ago. It is astonishing how much whole food I can eat and I don't even come close to my daily calorie target for fat loss. It also amazed me how the industry manages to stuff SO many calories into junk food/sweets/pops WOW!
Hah! It's really crazy isn't it!?
Good to hear that you're on the right track now 👍
Tracking macros on vacation 😂 getting back on track starting Monday
Good stuff!! That's what I like to hear, Malvika.
Enjoy your vacay:)
Hey Marra, I love your videos and your manner of conveying information. Could you recommend a UA-camr who is like you, but focuses on women in their early 40s?
I'm not 100% sure off the top of my head - but if I come across someone, I'll come back to your comment and let you know :)
This is contriving the sustainability of the weight loss made, so you don’t just put all back on again when the diet stops, with the strategies to get there. They are not the same thing and most of the videos out there around sustainability are not saying saying what you are suggesting. It’s very ‘sexy and marketable’ to be able to denounce them as wrong when actually they are saying something different entirely.
That's the exact point I'm making here. It is not sustainable. It shouldn't feel sustainable.
nice video, can you help me im like 170 cm tall and 18 percent body fat and 20 years old, i wanna get at 12 percent by the end of april and my weight is 125 pounds, is it possibel and how many calories less should i eat
You need to bulk.
might be time to focus on growing some more muscle :)
maybe this!
Most people need to be very careful with advice like this. Probably women more than men. Very strict diets lead to binge eating and eating disorders sometimes. This is GREAT ADVICE for mentally disciplined individuals that know when this is safe and how to back up when needed. A lot of ripped people also tell detailed and painful stories of brain fog, binge eating and much worse. Great advice but should come with caution
Yeah, pushing the diet too hard/long can have some side effects for sure! All the more reason to not lose fat for a long time.
I'm not proposing a strict diet here. I'm a big fan of a flexible approach (I talk about this in my cheat meals video).
