People, these are the prices in Arizona now. Thank all the California people and the Hype. Our Jobs incomes don’t support the real estate market...hence, a big crash coming. There is no better area in Maricopa county as fantastic as this area in the Far East Phoenix/Arcadia/Scottsdale. Real estate is location location location- not the structure.
There will not be a big crash. Over a dozen up and coming companies are moving here. Many companies are also expanding here. Intel is hiring 3,500 employees for their new division they are building! The people moving here are well paid and will need nice homes.
A crash is not coming. This is nothing like the 2008 crash. Thousands of people are moving here. Dozens of multi-billion dollar companies are expanding here. Intel, Amazon, Mark Anthony Brands, TSMC. All bringing thousands of good paying jobs. These housing prices are here to stay.
I’d live in the back yard. The house itself gave me anxiety, lol.

I will say from my own experience the actual block homes vs.frame stucco stay cooler in the summer as long as they have a decent drywall. Most stuccoed houses here at best are wood underneath.

$3500 a month for this rental, and dealing with the Traffic, day and night "YIKES" and giving kudos to the bathroom from the Master Bedroom, plus the beautiful floors. I'm Not Feeling It, but loved the Video.😀

Arcadia area is not cheap to live in or around...I have been here all my life, and that area is pricey but solid built homes
Best thing about the house: the wood floors, the bay window, the "cutie tree" (clementines/mandarins), and the brick (back yard) deck & also like the way they put brick on the bottom of those deck posts. Worst thing about it... the PRICE and the TRAFFIC! That traffic was ((LOUD)).. Can you imagine if you had a dog and it got out front? 😱 .. Most awesome thing about the video was how great Big Super does making these, and watching him eat that cutie off the tree! 🍊😄 p.s.. I liked the natural wood on the vanity in that bathroom. I thought I was watching an episode of house hunters when you said they needed to be painted white.. LOL!! 🤣

Just an FYI, that first "bedroom" was actually a "mudroom" that's why it's right off the garage, has the w/d, half bath, and pantry. Plus, when that house was built, that area was either the suburbs or farmland. So not a 4 bedroom house. Sorry. Hope this helps.

I like this house, with a few updates it could be even better. Even though it's on a busy street, I didn't hear the traffic when you were inside, but it would be a problem when in the backyard. I think it's overpriced even for the area.

In those houses that small bedroom was originally the maids quarters. That’s why it’s on the opposite side of the house.

Yeah a lot of stuff in that house is outdated and the paint on the front of the house looks like ass. That casita looks like a master laundry room with a walk-in pantry, I never seen a toilet in the laundry room before wtf. Those closets in every room look like they're from the 60's, curtains and chandelier lighting on back patio and brick flooring??? This house is confusing! Who ever planned that whole thing out and executed it did a very bad job. So much space that could be utilized so much better. And living off the street like that you definitely gonna get rear ended stopping in the middle of camelback trying to pull in your driveway....

The traffic noise would be a distraction. Merge two of the smaller bedrooms to make a real owners suite. Ingress and egress would be a challenge.

Yo big super that little tiny room that comes in off of the carport that's a home office man with a bathroom in it so that whatever dude or chicks working from home people don't have to go in through their actual house or if somebody's inside the living room watching reruns of Maury Povich they're not interrupting in the business deals.

It’s an old dated rental. The only thing it has going for it is the location.
Nice area and a well kept older established home. Actually like it but $3500 plus tax for rent is a lot. But again worth it.

Oh Hell No! I would not pay $3,500 - $4,000 for that older house practically sitting in the street! The noise level and traffic coming from Camelback road would be crazy loud and busy 24-7.
Just because you throw a little paint on it and add some tile and carpet, that does NOT make it worth that much money! Just trying to get out of your driveway every day is going to be a nightmare, that's why these people got out, they knew what a horror story this house is. Good video though Sup!! Mature lawn......Man that house is older than Dirt! lol
Id rather have to do my laundry somewhere else in the house and have a small shower in place of the washer and dryer. Weird set up
