We've been here in Arizona for about 5 and half years now, I love it here. It's hot right now but like you said in a previous video, we have fantastic weather 8 months out of the year. @@Rayenjay Yes indeed. Initially when I got here from Nebraska I got an apartment smack downtown Phoenix but realized it was far too hectic in any downtown, especially Phoenix. Lol so I moved to a complex in Tempe and I've been grooving every since.

I’ve seen many reviews on different complexes, where dog 💩 is everywhere and the property manager’s do not address the issue.
The property managers don’t enforce it the way they should but they do have maintenance workers come pick them up every morning. I had to cuss some dude out for not picking up his dogs poop. Dog pooped right on the sidewalk and he kept walking. It was in front of our apartment. 😠 This is another reason to avoid living near the dog park.

I’m in Scottsdale we have a resort style pool but not that huge. Tempe has a lot of young people it’s near the university. It has a lot of newer complexes.

Hello I'm Ben me and my wife is thinking about moving to Arizona we are from Oregon, I'm originally from Ohio and my wife moved to Oregon from Vietnam in 2007. I've been in Oregon since 2005 and it's more cloudy and lots of rain 🌧 for it feels like half the year an more cool than warm or really cold. We currently pay $1,160 for rent plus electric, ext looking for something compatible but maybe nicer than what we live in now.
