    I couldn’t get into deep sleep. I I wouldn’t get any REM sleep at night. I’d wake up feeling half rested.
    I like to do intense workout sessions 6 days a week so I need sleep to recover from the abuse I put my body through.
    Last night I picked up some Ashwaghanda gummies. I took 2 and put on some binaural beats.
    I actually fell into deep sleep. Had vivid dreams and all.
    Today is technically my rest day but I feel rested and recovered.

    I take one in the morning. I get aggravated easily during work. Not at people but equipment or conditions. So i thought, itll fight stress related cortisol when im most likely to be aggravated saying "son of a $%&#@" 😂 or "mother (blank) er" Is that the best time to take it? Im already taking long jack for testosterone boost.

    I have been taking 1200mg of Ashwa for 3 months. Yes, less stress and better sleep, but, the rest of these claims have not been experienced 70 yo

      For the problem of stress and improve sleep - take up yoga. At 70 you can still do many yoga practice and yogic breathing technic will surely help you.
