I can totally agree with all you’ve said. My “friends” have stopped asking me to anything. I can’t blame them but I wish they understand that the little energy I have I have to give to my children and husband. Since being medically retired from nursing I’ve never felt so lonely 😔
You aren’t alone in any of this but you are doing your best that’s all anyone can ask of you xx

I follow you on insta, I didn’t realize that you have a channel on here. So pleased I found you, I can relate. I too suffer from chronic illness, I can go for months being absolutely fine and then bang, autoimmune disease and gastroparesis hits and I’m bed bound. What you say is so important, it’s absolutely true and positive thinking has helped me through on so many occasions.
