- This Friday was eventful as I had two appointments. I have wanted to get a DEXA scan to see how my bones are holding up after long-term prednisone use. I also had my annual ophthalmologist appointment to see if hydroxychloroquine is affecting my eyes. Luckily, all was good!
Defo agree with leaving medical stuff to your days off! That helps me a lot ❤

Are you participating in a research study for lupus or something else? Just curious! I was a part of a clinic trial for a new Lupus drug a few years ago and it was a really unique experience.
I am currently just participating in a research study done by Global Patients. They have online surveys and virtual interviews in which patients can get compensated for.

How do you get a day off work? I had to get my retinas checked and I had to take time off for that. You’re lucky

@Jenny June I need to check that out. I have systemic lupus and fibromyalgia. I also suffer with anxiety and have developed a movement disorder. I have had vitiligo since a child. Your in my prayers🙂
