Someone took out my driver side mirror last year and I replaced it but since then I haven’t been able to exit my vehicle to the driver side without using my handle from outside. Your video help me so much although I still can’t exit from my driver side door your video was so much more helpful then most people at their shops, who didn’t even know the name of the part…

Thanks for a great video. I wouldn't of been able to change my broken opening cable without it. Oem part was only $10 shipped from Amazon. The reassembly was a huge pain but it's fixed and I'm very pleased with it.

Hi. Love your videos! While fixing the window regulator I put the door lock cable wrong and closed the door. Now the lock doesnt turn to unlock and I cant open the door. I know silly but I did it. How can I get inside where the cables are with the door closed? Can I pull the door panel off with the door closed? If I take out the windows controls thing... would I be able to stick my hand inside enough to reach the cables and try to unlock the door? Any advice would be greatly appreciated... thank you!!

I can't find any videos on how to replace the interior door handle cable in rear driver side door...or even anything telling me the specific name or part number of the cable to order

How did you determine that the issue was the cord and not the actuator? I changed the actuator on my car but it still doesn't open from the inside. Now I'm not sure if it the door handle cord that I need to replace or the door handle?
