  • Third generation hawker Mr Ng is the sole operator and owner of the pig organ soup stall in People’s Park Food Centre. A recipe that originally came from his father-in-law, Mr Ng decided to adopt the recipe and set up his own hawker business in 1994, after his father retired from his hawker stall selling Zi Char.
    Mr Ng cooks up bowls of pig organ soup, as well as Bak But Teh. The broth is stewed using pork bones. A bowl of pig organ soup comes with large servings of pork, liver, stomach, meatballs etc., to go with either rice or vermicelli!
