I got this from Flipkart yesterday. As soon as I opened it, I stood on it n saw the readings. I was checking for power off / on button. I could see only the unit changing button. May I know if there's any way to switch it on and off? Or is it automatically switched on once we step on to it?
@@bhavaymakkar4612 hi bro. No issues till date. Perfectly working.. I'm checking the weights on a weekly basis and the results are almost perfect. Also I have never put for charging even once. I still see 3 dots in charging bar which shows it is full. The automatic on and off feature is really good. It also got an app in playstore. It works with Bluetooth, where u get all the details like BMI, Bone mass, muscle rate, body water etc. once u stand on this. But not sure how reliable they are. But I liked these features. It's a good app
@@abh9535 hii bro, I purchased this product recently and its displaying 1 or 1.5kg more than the actual weight in first attempt after not using it for hours or days,in the immediate second attempt it will show the accurate weight and sometimes app shows will 10 to 30g more or less but yes it happens only few times. And bro when I used it for the first time it displayed 1kg difference in every attempt but it's not happening now. Does this problems are common I mean did u faced them and I should replace it?help bro🙏 and thx in advance

I have a question - Are we supposed to trigger the GO button on the app for the readings to appear on the phone or would the reading be shared directly upon standing on the weighing scale? I have paired the device but still the readings won't appear unless I hit the Go button on the App
How to use this for another user apart from me? I've added them to the family but their name is not shown when I click GO button in app. I'm doing something wrong please help

But it is not accurate( I guess no other company can guarantee this), however it gives you an approximate and near values(Believe in that values and work for it), though weight shown is exact 😀. I'm using it to track my gradual improvement over previous week's(On different parameters i.e BMI, Body fat etc.,). In this price range you can't expect more than this.
Every time I step on it, it shows different weight and the difference lay between 1-3 kg and that's a lot, I have tried 3 different machines for this same model and all of them had the same problem.
@@NurecaUSA Please talk in responsible company Its utter waste i took this product. No one checke the weight while moving. Every time it shows difference in weight and from yesterday it stopped showing weight whoever stands on it showing 103.75 kgs

@@yeshwanthreddykota4070 Their customer support team has no idea of technology and issues of the machine. The accuracy is poor but they don't agree it. If you are buying please buy from Amazon/Flipkart and return it if the accuracy is not good.

Its auto on/off with Step on technology. There is no need for a power button.

Please check if you step on weighing scale in straight position and not moving while checking weight.
