    Started doing this recently for my tennis game. I'm using the athlete version and have seen significant impact on my performance on the court. The key is making it a habit so that it becomes something that is a part of you and you can call up at any important moment. The visualization techniques are key and #1 sport psychology tool.

    This is great! I wrote all of this down and I plan to do it in the morning and before bed!
    I'm a student athlete looking to receive a 4.0 for the rest of highschool and a State Championship Title in Wrestling. I also want to treat my girlfriend with respect and be the boyfriend she needs. This is really great! Only 100 seconds and I feel better

    Have been reading the Executive Toughness book over the last week. This seems hit the gaps not addressed by 7 Habits, GTD, or Strengths Statements. It's too easy to fill up time and effort to avoid the tough battles. This books addresses staying focused and strong in adversity. I'll give it a try. Joe in St. Louis

    For swimmers that's: breathe in for 3 seconds, hold for 2 min. and picture yourself passing everyone with smaller lungs. Breathe out before you pass out .

    Is it possible to challenge this individual in any sport or activity? Where can I reach him? How about a running race, lifting competition, endurance event, in business, leadership or writing? Let him pick the challenge. Talk is Cheap. What's behind the words in a book? Not a lot. Just have him give me a call.

    How does one suggest a mental workout when one is unable to present mental stamina. ex. Jason is reading from a prompt... If his mental state was strong he shouldn't need prompts but should be able to call from his own personal memory. Just an opinion

    Hi there, have you considered *_Linda Brain Power System"_* yet? (Simply do a google search). There you will find great tips to increase memory power and intelligence.
    Why not give it a shot? perhaps it will work for you too.

      aerolift no no just no

    • @atlsportsteam9390
      @atlsportsteam9390 7 років тому +11

      aerolift if you want to stay average the rest of your life then sure. 100 seconds everyday vs 4 - 8 years wasted on SHIT information and a 5-6 figure debt to obtain a piece of paper that says IM SMART. I'll take the 100 seconds, to help me improve and remind myself everyday that the value I provide to the world will determine my wealth and income, That no matter how much success I create or obstacle I achieve will NEVER be enough. Remind myself that the Day I get comfortable with my self/business Improvement is the day I need to keep fighting for more. And remind myself that the only person I should strive to be better then, is the person I was yesterday. 100 Seconds a day seems like a small price to pay for unlimited growth potential. I know what I'm choosing.

    • @leviburns89

      College was the biggest waste of time in my life. And cost me a lot. I've built my life off mental accuracy, understanding culture, and working with the community.
      College can never teach you what if feels like to actually watch the sunset over every major coastline in the world, or salsa dance in Brazil under the moon. Or even the bad things too.
      College is a business, and it's been corrupted.
      Go to trade school.

      Hey my names Taylor Morris x] -- And to add; college/ school only teaches you to memorize and regurgitate. Never have I been taught how to learn in a state funded institute.
