2cts: It's the "Jims" of the world, that really make the world go 'round. Unsung workers who do their jobs well - don't bitch / complain and are an invaluable asset to farms, ranches, trades and businesses across America. I deeply admire people who believe that to work for a living is a virtue.....in my opinion, few things are more patriotic.

Wish my father had been like you and Jim. I was just the tool passer. I had to get my own stuff to start actually working on anything at a far later age then your son. Took me buying a 84 Jeep Comanche with a bad head, taking it apart and putting it back together on my own for him to actually let me do stuff.

You're right. Always lift with your back. Try and be as awkward about it as possible and bend your back in as many difficulties directions as possible too. It helps alot if you drop it directly on your foot too. It feels good.

Love to see you giving him more and more responsibility. Even better to see him handle it the way he does. Keep at it Zack. Like I say, ANY skill or knowledge you can put in your children's head, will serve them the rest of their life!! From my experience, working WITH my son on life, helped us both to cope with it. Hey Zach you should try some liquid tube in the tire on the 8260 my father uses it in the tires on his tractor and it works it has been 5 yeas sences he put it in the tires and have no leaks. Liquid tube can fill a hole of the size of a railroad spick. It is road legal it is safe for the in environment it is easy to wash out with wash and will not rout rimes

Lots of new and updated equipment this year. Hard to keep up. Give us a rundown on what all is new to your farm sometime when you can. All of it is very nice equipment. Congratulations to you and your dad. Looks like a big project coming up with the planter if all those boxes are for that update project. Good going on that. Looking forward to the video on planter update. Onyx doing a great job on helping put together new equipment. Good job Onyx. I rolled my soybeans for the first time last year down here in New Ulm. Absolutely loved it!! Not only did they combine a lot easier, but I couldn"t believe how much cleaner the beans were going into the bin without all the dirt!

    Hi Zach:
My family owns a trailer manufacturing business as well as a separate trailer dealership business. Firstly, if you need a trailer, we would love to help you. Secondly, I just wanted to say, I noticed that you parked your PJ trailer on the grass. Parking a trailer with steel frame on grass is the absolute worst thing you can do for that trailer. The moisture from the ground gets trapped between the trailer and the ground and you get more/faster rust. Don't mean to tell you what to do or be offensive at all, just though it would be good to pass along my expertise in this field.

great pic for your next tractor we chose the same size should be perfect with those tyres but bit surprised to see it doesn't have a nose weight kit, it might be a bit light up front under load, we also added a camera to help when hooking up, I think it was a JD dealer fit up

12:45 Well Onyx, that's part of the fun. Dropping nuts or washers, searching them, getting a replacement and then discovering them after you're done :D
Now we jsut practice the swearing ;)
