    酱汁:2勺酱油、1勺白糖、200毫升清水
    1)把肉碎加入半勺胡椒粉、1勺酱油搅拌均匀腌制10分钟
    2)鸡蛋加入少许盐打散,蒜切末
    3)2勺酱油、1勺白糖、200毫升清水搅拌均匀备用
    4)热锅热油炒熟肉末后取出放入蛋液内
    5)热锅加油,把鸡蛋倒入炸至两面金黄色即可
    6)锅留底油爆香蒜末后倒入酱汁,煮至沸腾加少许水淀粉勾芡就好了
    7)把酱汁淋在炸蛋上就可以开吃了😋
