- 🟢材料:
免治豬肉 120 克
雞蛋 3 隻
薑、蔥 適量
糖1/2茶匙
澱粉1/2茶匙
胡椒粉、鹽、油 適量
🟢做法:
1️⃣ 豬肉加入少許胡椒粉、適量鹽、半茶匙糖、薑汁、半茶匙澱粉和少許油醃製。
2️⃣ 將雞蛋打入碗中,加入少許胡椒粉、適量鹽和蔥花拌勻。
3️⃣ 熱鍋加油,炒豬肉至差不多熟,加入雞蛋漿,煎至您喜歡的金黃程度。
🟢Ingredients:
Minced pork - 120g
Eggs - 3
Ginger, spring onions - as needed
Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Cornstarch - 1/2 teaspoon
White pepper powder, salt, oil - to taste
🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Marinate the minced pork with a little white pepper powder, salt, 1/2 tsp sugar, ginger juice, 1/2 tsp cornstarch, and a little oil.
2️⃣ Beat the eggs in a bowl and add a little white pepper powder, salt, and chopped spring onions.
3️⃣ Heat up a pan with oil, stir-fry the pork until it's almost cooked, then add the beaten eggs and fry to your desired level of golden brown.

免治豬肉一般都不會清洗,如果怕現買的免治豬肉不夠乾淨, 可以買一塊豬肉回家洗淨自己剁碎或用攪拌機攪碎.

what type of oil do u usually use to cook chinese food?
I usually use peanut oil, extra virgin olive oil & canola oil. The peanut oil for normally cooking of Chinese food, the extra virgin olive oil for salad or steak etc., the canola oil for deep fry the food. I always keep those three kinds oil in the kitchen so I usually bought small bottle which less than 500ml to prevent longer of use time make it oxide after open. Thanks for watching!🌻

@@oe_cook I hardly cook and I got a small bottle of opened canola oil. About 12 years old. I think I should not use it anymore right ?
@@SuccessforLifester don't use it, an opened bottle oil will oxidizes in short time, so oil should be used within 3 months when opened.
@@oe_cook Oh I actually continued to use it every now and then. I feel it smelled like stale oil but I wasn't really sure as I seldom cook. Thanks for confirming, I will dispose of it
