I don't think bringing the Fantastic Four into the MCU needs to be that complicated. They went into space in the 60's. Time moves slower in space, like we've all seen in Interstellar. They get their powers, they come back to Earth. For them, they've been gone for like 6 months, but on Earth they've been gone for 50 years.
It's not just a universal rule that if you leave Earth, time starts moving slower. Time moves differently in various parts of the universe, depending on a multitude of factors. You don't just go into space and start experiencing a relative time differential
@@wavewingman5993 Okay, let me clarify a little bit: a) I'm talking about in simple terms/Hollywood sci-fi logic, hence why I mentioned Interstellar as the most popular and recent example, even though this concept has been a plot device in a ton of films, b) Time, as we measure and experience it, does move slower in the vacuum of space, as shown from research and studies done on ISS scientists and other astronauts. c) I think my overall point still stands, especially when specifically referencing the fictional MCU, which includes wormhole space travel, alternate timelines, and going back and forth in time using mass-altering particles.

Thor 2 and Iron Man 3 are masterpieces compared to all the stuff they’re spitting out now. Like I’d watch Dark World on repeat if that meant I didn’t ever have to watch LAT again.
The biggest issue with the MCU is understanding the audience. They’re trying to make something for everyone but still trying to make it likeable to the GA so everything is hella half baked. They’re scared to push the envelope even a little bit.
It’s as simple as sticking in people who’s first priority is telling a story, not meeting the quota for “how many blockbusters can we manufacture this year”
I think that the issue is the way in which the MCU is introducing new characters. For a character to be introduced successfully, you need to show the audience that they’ve earned/deserve their own power. This is why characters like Loki, moon knight, and even characters like daredevil are much better recieved. It’s because their characters face significant struggles physically, emotionally, and morally. They show their determination and this makes them good protagonists.
The MCU at large ended in Endgame, and Spider-Man and the Guardians of the Galaxy gave it a few victory laps, but we're at a point where no one really cares anymore. Kinda sad to see em end on a whimper like this.
And now Deadpool is breaking records My biggest issues with the mcu is now bad criticism is that pre endgame/infinity war hype this was about the level of quality we had I mean how many pre infinity war movies are worth going back for maybe 5 like lets not pretend this was ever a perfect franchise phase 3 did well phase 2 sucked and phase 1 felt like a tv show universe with the exception of Iron man 1 and the avengers since endgame we have had no way home and gaurdians 3 that did very well and were very liked somehow people loved the stupid loki show and now Deadpool 3 is doing incredibly well and being touted as one of the best comic book movies of all time will cap 4 do the same probably not but at this point who cares internet popular opinion is always "everything sucks and your stupid for liking it if you do" and im just over it

I haven't seen any MCU content since Endgame. But if they release Blade I'll definitely check that out! I'm just content with what they put out and the comics. I'm tempted to check out Loki though
I respect the take on the marvels but I feel like captain marvel 1 and Ms marvel had more going on for the writing and even performances from the cast overall, it just feels like something a kid on pain meds would cook up lol, but I agree with most the other stuff, really well made video man keep it up
Deadpool 3 is not going to save the MCU/ best it'll do is distract people for a while until the next shitty Marvel project drops and everyone will go all "MCU is dying" yet again.
Pedro Pascal's Manager might be the best manager in the business cuz he got Pedro some of the most amazing roles an actor can get without the tv show/movie being complete garbage (we ignore the wonder woman movie).
I loved Majors as Kang and when MCU canned him so was done. I was watching anything after endgame, but wanted to see this for some reason and I loved it. Now I don’t care anymore
Glad this vid came up on my recommended and I gave it a chance, hope more people do too brodie. Definitely subbed up. Also, don't know if you do suggestions from the comments but I'd fw your thoughts on The Boys, with season 4 dropping soon and allat
With Spider-Man 2 I absolutely loved the game, but I think one of the things that made it not as good was it was to fantastical by the end. Like yeah venom with those gothic wings looks sick but Pete and miles using their brain would’ve been so much cooler like at the beginning when they used Pete’s arms to conduct miles electricity to fry sandman. The groundedness makes it so much better in the long run. Same thing for the first game when doc ock and Pete were trading blows and ock actually stabs Pete
Great video, really enjoyed it. A bit of criticism, idk if it’s something on my end but your voice is way too quiet. I had to crank the volume to hear you clearly which made ur audio snippets really loud. Not a deal breaker, great video!

X-men '97 is a gem and I'm holding out hope Disney doesn't Disnify Deadpool, but otherwise I haven't cared about the MCU in a while. I got excited for Dr Strange & Black Panther then quickly tempered expectations going forward.
I was done, the moment they shat on Jonathan Majors, I was done. Loki was great and I even had a moment of surprised watching ant man 2 and realizing finally what they were building to after watching loki but then the bullshit happened. Fuck disney and marvel for real.
I didn't wanna be the guy to defend disney of all things but here we are. look, it would've been a PR *nightmare* if they kept him. at this point it doesn't _really_ matter what he did or didn't do, the only thing that matters is that the general public doesn't really look into these kinds of stories they just read "jonathan majors is on trial" and most people immediately assume he's "shady". even if he was declared innocent (which he wasn't) people would associate him with the trial for the foreseeable future and every news outlet would be trying to interview him like crazy to try to get him to say something or slip up. hollywood is a tough business and the moment you become a PR storm you're a liability more than anything. they drop you not because of what you did but simply because it would be too much of a hassle to keep you. it just isn't worth it considering the online shitstorm and the possibility of lost ticket sales for having a "controversial actor".
I fell asleep during capitan marvel too 😂 I also felt like the marvels wasn’t that bad either. Wasn’t great but it was definitely as bad as people say. And the end credits scene had me hype

I think the future of the MCU could be even better than phase 1-3 considering that they can now use the X-men and daredevil. Also people that say the MCU is mid right now but in 2013 we got Thor 2 and iron man 3 which I like iron man 3 but a lot of people hate it.
Most of phase 1 and 2 was hated on , Cap 1, Thor , iron man 2 , dark world , nortons hulk , iron man 3 , age of ultron. Yet I enjoyed them all . Why I have no problem with the current state of things except Thor 4
I think PPL tend to forget a very important detail.
Even if all these films I mentioned were objectively mid , they all had a connecting through line. Either have a movie which is so well written that PPL forget for a while that this is a part of a larger universe, or at least pay off the events if the movie in the next 2 yrs so that ppl don't stop caring about the characters
Thor 2 and Iron Man 3 are masterpieces compared to all the stuff they’re spitting out now. Like I’d watch Dark World on repeat if that meant I didn’t ever have to watch LAT again.
@@GabesEdtiz facts!
The problem with the MCU storyline is that all the good characters are dead because Disney decided to kill them off and leave us with nothing. 😕
Damn, good Video Bro. Can't believe you only have 1700 subscribers. Keep going like that, your channel will grow fast.
Ur a real one thank you sir 🙏🏿
The biggest issue with the MCU is understanding the audience. They’re trying to make something for everyone but still trying to make it likeable to the GA so everything is hella half baked. They’re scared to push the envelope even a little bit.
9:19 that Vision split-second jumpscare is criminal😭 had to go back to check that I saw that right
Till we get justice for majors im out
huh
Rating Quantumania a 4/10 is hella generous
It’s as simple as sticking in people who’s first priority is telling a story, not meeting the quota for “how many blockbusters can we manufacture this year”
So this would’ve been a good video if I didn’t have to turn my volume to max to still just barley be able to hear this guy☠️🙏
Well you were right about doom after that casting…
I think that the issue is the way in which the MCU is introducing new characters. For a character to be introduced successfully, you need to show the audience that they’ve earned/deserve their own power. This is why characters like Loki, moon knight, and even characters like daredevil are much better recieved. It’s because their characters face significant struggles physically, emotionally, and morally. They show their determination and this makes them good protagonists.
The last 2 good MCU projects was Loki and Gaurdians Vol 3.
I’m so glad I was not sober for quantumania. Shit was hilariously bad seeing in theaters with a group of friends.
The quick camera cuts in gaurdians 3 were jarring and It really didn't feel like a gaurdians movie, but I still loved it
The MCU at large ended in Endgame, and Spider-Man and the Guardians of the Galaxy gave it a few victory laps, but we're at a point where no one really cares anymore. Kinda sad to see em end on a whimper like this.
Sure buddy keep thinking that.
Imagine lying to yourself about how bad the MCU has gotten.👍🏽
I can’t imagine being that miserable.
And now Deadpool is breaking records
My biggest issues with the mcu is now bad criticism is that pre endgame/infinity war hype this was about the level of quality we had I mean how many pre infinity war movies are worth going back for maybe 5 like lets not pretend this was ever a perfect franchise phase 3 did well phase 2 sucked and phase 1 felt like a tv show universe with the exception of Iron man 1 and the avengers since endgame we have had no way home and gaurdians 3 that did very well and were very liked somehow people loved the stupid loki show and now Deadpool 3 is doing incredibly well and being touted as one of the best comic book movies of all time will cap 4 do the same probably not but at this point who cares internet popular opinion is always "everything sucks and your stupid for liking it if you do" and im just over it
Idc if the movies are bad if it’s a marvel character I like I’m still gonna watch it and get my own opinion
I can't believe how enjoyable Loki was considering the rest of the recent MCU.
This is such a good video, dk how you’re not even on 10k ! You’ve earned a sub now and hopefully infinitely more
Deadpool might be the last one.
No kang dynasty must be final and kang as the main villain must be absolute
i just subbed cuz i like the mcu and bro haz a soothing voice 💀
20:30 Bro I posted this on tiktok I appreciate you using it🙏
Nah thanks for making peak 🙏🏿
this video is amazing , top 5 youtuber already
Mcu had a good run.. ready to see what james gunn can cook up with DC
Bro im already about to tear up just having flashbacks of Guardians 3 😭
Definitely top 5 wasted good actors in Harper. I saw a yt vid where they said he should be Reed and I swear I can't unsee it. Not bc he's black but bc he can fully pull off being absolutely cerebral but w warmth.
Stopping here at 17:42 to say I too was iffy on season 1 of what if. But season 2 is great, gotta give it a try. I feel they really found their footing with the interweaved “anthology route” they’re going
Ohwiinter always knows how to pump me full of joy
bro...😭
Bro loves a good joyous full pump🇧🇷🌏❤️🔥💯
I haven't seen any MCU content since Endgame. But if they release Blade I'll definitely check that out! I'm just content with what they put out and the comics. I'm tempted to check out Loki though
i haven’t even watched the video but the answer is YES. they need to reboot its over.
Heard they’re gonna do a soft reboot
Guardians 3 is why I still have hope for the rest of the franchise because it was incredible.
I respect the take on the marvels but I feel like captain marvel 1 and Ms marvel had more going on for the writing and even performances from the cast overall, it just feels like something a kid on pain meds would cook up lol, but I agree with most the other stuff, really well made video man keep it up
Why tf is this video blowing up so much in comparison to your other vids??? Props bro!!!
They should’ve changed the formula of these movies and make something gritty like the secret invasion arc of marvel
love ur videos! keep going.
Thanks!
Your editing is good but the memes are great 🔥
Deadpool 3 is not going to save the MCU/ best it'll do is distract people for a while until the next shitty Marvel project drops and everyone will go all "MCU is dying" yet again.
Amazing video , especially for the amount of subs , great job
Thank you!
everyone who was there, lend me your energy ... "SHOOOOOOCKKERRRRRRRRRRR!"
2:37 WOW based queen. I had no idea someone on the set had a brain.
I heard we’re getting Nova too
Ah, he loved ‘he who remains’ from Loki
No wonder u don’t think they’re cooked
Not as long as they're owned by Disney
I smiled when I heard Everlong during the GOTG part!!
All good things come to an end. It had to happen eventually.
Pedro Pascal's Manager might be the best manager in the business cuz he got Pedro some of the most amazing roles an actor can get without the tv show/movie being complete garbage (we ignore the wonder woman movie).
this video is really well made dude i was surprised to see u only had 2k subs
@Follow God:God loves you repent it will be worth it God bless you all💕💜♥️
I loved Majors as Kang and when MCU canned him so was done. I was watching anything after endgame, but wanted to see this for some reason and I loved it. Now I don’t care anymore
My only criticism of this video is the dismissal of Agatha. That show is gonna deliver
Glad this vid came up on my recommended and I gave it a chance, hope more people do too brodie. Definitely subbed up. Also, don't know if you do suggestions from the comments but I'd fw your thoughts on The Boys, with season 4 dropping soon and allat
Yoooo appreciate the love! I talked about The Boys a lil bit in my hero villains video but I wouldn’t mind spinning the block on it at all 🤞🏿
With Spider-Man 2 I absolutely loved the game, but I think one of the things that made it not as good was it was to fantastical by the end.
Mcu :mostly cooked universe
i don’t think it’s cooked, however if it doesn’t turn around soon, it definitely will be. praying deadpool is good!!!!
The Marvels was decent it decently had problems but I liked it more than the first.
Great video, really enjoyed it. A bit of criticism, idk if it’s something on my end but your voice is way too quiet. I had to crank the volume to hear you clearly which made ur audio snippets really loud. Not a deal breaker, great video!
If you haven’t seen the new game+ update or the new suits that was in it, they are pretty sick.
You sound like a black MoistCritikal bro
Actual comment now, sick video I agree w everything lmao
People dont care anymore, we all looked up and realized those distractions let terrible things happen all around us. Now we are trying to get back to a place and time that will forever be out of reach
X-men '97 is a gem and I'm holding out hope Disney doesn't Disnify Deadpool, but otherwise I haven't cared about the MCU in a while. I got excited for Dr Strange & Black Panther then quickly tempered expectations going forward.
Japanese studios is probably our only hope.
And also James Gunn.
did you see they casted galactis?
Yeah I actually did, I think Ralph is gonna be amazing
I was done, the moment they shat on Jonathan Majors, I was done. Loki was great and I even had a moment of surprised watching ant man 2 and realizing finally what they were building to after watching loki but then the bullshit happened. Fuck disney and marvel for real.
He definitely deserved better, you'd think Bob Iger's would've learned from the Johnny Depp situation..but ofc not. Everybody dropped him
He was god awful in the role tho🤔
@@chasecummings1529 to you
@@chasecummings1529 I personally loved how he acted. It was very compelling.
Deadpool , Wolverine, Spider-Man , fantastic 4 , secret wars , kang dynasty nah we good bro it’s actually looking more comic accurate to me😂
Can’t lie. I straight up forgot about maybe the last project happened and simply didn’t know they were dropping
i really dont care what u say i still love marvel and dc since i own there 2000s-2010s of marvel and dc movies blu-ray discs LOVE DISNEY PLUS AND MAX
I subscribed because of this video 👍
Alameda was a great choice for background music lol
I fell asleep during capitan marvel too 😂 I also felt like the marvels wasn’t that bad either. Wasn’t great but it was definitely as bad as people say. And the end credits scene had me hype
Greed is the number one drug you never wanna take
i really dont care what u say i still love marvel and dc since i own there 2000s-2010s of marvel and dc movies blu-ray discs LOVE DISNEY PLUS AND MAX
Hugh jackman is pushing 60 I don’t know how they’ll get the old wolverine moves out of him at that age
Honestly I don’t think Marvel will be dead but it’s clear they gotta make some changes to win back some people
