This video was a shock! I live 4 minutes away (on foot) from the house - in fact I just walked round there to take a look because I was in disbelief, it really doesn't get much closer to home. Poor woman, she didn't deserve such a horrendous fate. These awful men should just be dumped in the ocean.

I am terrified of getting much older for these very reasons, there are so many disgusting predators out there, but then again none of us are safe from these types at any age. It is a shame money is wasted on keeping them in prison, if you know what I mean. 😢
These 2 didn't know what they were doing, however, there are criminal groups in my country (neighbouring Romania), who have successfully carried out similar crimes for 30+ years now and no one seems to be able to stop them. They target elderly people staying in the hospital where a member of the gang usually works as a janitor and has access to the patients. They befriend the victim and move in with them once the victim is discharged from the hospital and never leave. Usually the victim dies in a few months after signing a contract that their posessions will be inherited by a member of the gang. If the person turns out to be in a better health than it seems and manages to recover, they a basically held hostage and beaten if they try to contact anyone about their situation. This is currently going on with an ex-employer of my partner. Several people have bumped into him, seeing that he is bruised and beaten and have offerred help, but he refuses, because "it would get worse". I imagine he contacted the police and they handed him back to his captors, but no one knows really.
I've only just passed the intro and just that one brief clip just makes me almost physically ill. Scammers need to held more accountable and have tougher prosecution.

My grandparents got conned by some roofers, someone who supplied them with wood for years and also somebody "replacing" the window that broke. They are just too trusting, vulnerable and people used it against them. Luckily they were not hurt. The roofer eventually ended up hurting someone just like in this story after conning alot of other older people first

This video was to close to home for me. After losing my husband to cancer I got involved in a romance scam. I was happy to hear they got the sentence they did. I say that because I have heard serial killers getting less. Hopefully when they come up in 35 it will be denied. Better yet with their egos and stupidity they will be taken care of in prison. My heart goes out to the family of Louise. God Bless them. For the two men Hell will hopefully be their final destination.

Being a mother myself I think that's the only good thing to take away from it, that her children can actually benefit from the hard work she put in her whole life. Many others do as well however, the details, and information you provide about who the victim was and how loved they were go beyond just the surface level details. So thank you for that.

Don't try and flog your property empire off to a shady creep in the hope of being able to dodge taxes and you should be okay.
These 2 didn't know what they were doing, however, there are criminal groups in my country (neighbouring Romania), who have successfully carried out similar crimes for 30+ years now and no one seems to be able to stop them. They target elderly people staying in the hospital where a member of the gang usually works as a janitor and has access to the patients. They befriend the victim and move in with them once the victim is discharged from the hospital and never leave. Usually the victim dies in a few months after signing a contract that their posessions will be inherited by a member of the gang. If the person turns out to be in a better health than it seems and manages to recover, they a basically held hostage and beaten if they try to contact anyone about their situation. This is currently going on with an ex-employer of my partner. Several people have bumped into him, seeing that he is bruised and beaten and have offerred help, but he refuses, because "it would get worse". I imagine he contacted the police and they handed him back to his captors, but no one knows really.
You elderly should buy firearms and get some training sessions on how to use it.
I've only just passed the intro and just that one brief clip just makes me almost physically ill. Scammers need to held more accountable and have tougher prosecution.

My grandparents got conned by some roofers, someone who supplied them with wood for years and also somebody "replacing" the window that broke. They are just too trusting, vulnerable and people used it against them. Luckily they were not hurt. The roofer eventually ended up hurting someone just like in this story after conning alot of other older people first

This video was to close to home for me. After losing my husband to cancer I got involved in a romance scam. I was happy to hear they got the sentence they did. I say that because I have heard serial killers getting less. Hopefully when they come up in 35 it will be denied. Better yet with their egos and stupidity they will be taken care of in prison. Women just didn’t have the balls to do bigger crimes throughout history, they just did these smaller theft by deception type acts for hundreds of years, convincing men to pick an apple off the treason r beginning of time! I want to do something I very rarely do recently, and give a little to one of my favorite creators. I think the compassion, a genuineness you show to victims, and incredible depth in your research and delivery exceeds the value I can show, and us viewers can show just by viewing your content. I hope that you can reach a wider audience and become a person who prevents terrible crimes like the ones you talk about due to their fear of being presented by you in such a harsh light. Thank you very much for giving me hours of brilliant content.
