This video is half of why I deleted most of my social media. I found myself comparing other’s lives to my own and would constantly think I was doing something wrong because I wasn’t at the financial level I want to be.

I don't believe that if she had a chance to step back and think about the children and everyone who loved them both, she would even be able to fathom doing this. Our impulses are the scariest danger lurking inside of us.
This is why you have to get out of toxic relationships no matter how much you love the person. Your emotions get so volatile and if you convince yourself you won't lose control, you've already lost it.

Makes me glad society doesn't automatically pass on parents debts to their kids upon their death anymore. If it still was like that the selfishness of these morons would be further burdening their kids even beyond the grave, and with that much debt they'd never even have a chance to be free from it

Be wary of the ostentatious weddings! The bigger the wedding, the more insecure the couple. The best marriages I’ve seen last the test of time, had modest weddings. The wedding is a microcosm of the quality of the relationship. However stressed the wedding process is… will be a direct symptom of the problems in your marriage.

The lengths that people are willing to go to just to impress strangers is crazy. Your life cannot be sacrificed for entertainment, because when it is all said and done, the very same people you're trying to impress will continue to live their lives without a care in the world about what is going on with you. The most you'll get is "shame, poor thing" It is simply not worth it..

This is super sad. She clearly worked so hard for what she built. He absolutely leeched off her success but also fueled her ego. It seems like her family was able to help keep that part of herself in check, but once she moved miles away from her grounding source, she’d lost all reason. I wish she could have woken up sooner and gotten her and her children away from him. She was hardworking and could just go back home to rebuild her life. But it’s like her ego and pride was so overgrown at that point, she made the worst possible decision.
