    Totally loved the fire grill cooking, however I would like to share a tip,add Cashew nuts paste and onions too in your Butter Chicken, Onion adds sweetness to the dish. You will love it. ❤

    As a fellow Kamado lover, the tip for Pizza and flatbread is to use the deflector low in the oven then have a stone higher in the oven. This will give you the crispiness without the burning.
    For loaf/bun bread you need a tray of water in between

    Usyally we indians put onion n cashew paste to enrich gravy but your version is practical , easy n yum.good job.❤

    Marion, I live in a shit hole town in Canada and the local Coop might have, if your lucky, a soggy bunch of cilantro or a withered and dry piece of ginger like some dried up hag. The Chinese's section might have a small tin of bamboo shoots that have been there since the 1990's and some soya sauce is the only thing you could possibly count on. The level of culture in the town consists of a Chinese's food restaurant that sells burgers and fries, oh but they own the run down hotel that you can go and play the gambling machines and buy off sale alcohol. Watching your video's is like I am imagining living in a place and time that doesn't exist for me and somehow I feel as though I am enjoying the food that I have not consumed. I wont be able to ever achieve such exquisite food, yet, I watch just the same.

    I don’t understand the use of baking powder AND Yeast. Why two leaveners? Not mention sugar in pizza dough? If you want softness in the final dough (hence the sugar) replace 1/3 of the milk by weight with yogurt. But, what do I know, just an old retired cook….

      marion is only showing her favourite way to cook butter chicken and naan. both meat and naan can be cooked in the oven, air fryer, on the stove etc with the same results. just use marion's recipes and yr own cooking methods. cooking is all abt improvisation.

      Just take a few pieces of coal put it in a little dish to float on top of the gravy/curry use ghee to moisten the coals and light it on fire (cover the lid for sometime and viola there you have it the same smokey flavour)
      Also (it's a given but still) please take the floating dish and the coals out of the pot

    stop crying it's not butter chicken. butter chicken means lots of different things for different people and countries, and has no real recipe. it's butter chicken for most english speakers.
