Why would you do less intensity on Lower carbs? Carbs arent your only energy source the most important part carbs have is replenishing your glycogen post workout

I've started training 2 months ago, i gotta say the most difficult thing is eating enough. I mean, i never had big issues following a healthy diet, but eating enough to reach my daily protein intake has been probably the most difficult part, reason why i had to buy protein powder. Sometimes i even wonder if i get enough calories to build muscles, i've never been someone who eats a lot so it's hard as hell.
the only way to go about it is making a plan and everyday making sure you eat the same and the same amounts so you don't cut down calories because of no hunger, force yourself to eat what you need to eat even if you got no hunger at all
It gets easier i had to force feed myself with water for chewing the foods down but now i can eat whenever and what i want but i train for 3/4years now
Thanks for this Joel, do you think you could tell me a bit more roughly the amounts of each thing you’re putting into each meal? The amount of turkey mince you put in the bowl for example. Also the timings of the meals? Thanks!
love the way you slapped the minced meat, the tiny teeny pause before throwing the little piece, mashing it with your hand vigorously, leaving the sneeze in the edit, cutting off when your videographer when he started talking, and the other silly bits you had in the video before and after that. Also, why do you eat like 6 whole eggs in the day, isn't that like, BaD fOr YoUr HeAlTh? (but no isn't that bad for u seriously) You should definitely post this kind of content more consistently, it's super entertaining, but it's quality over quantity so I totally get it that it takes time :)
Doesn't having that much water with every meal dilute your stomach acid and makes it more difficult to digest food? I find it better when i have very little liquid with my meals a lot better for my digestion and leave the water for after.
