I've started training 2 months ago, i gotta say the most difficult thing is eating enough. I mean, i never had big issues following a healthy diet, but eating enough to reach my daily protein intake has been probably the most difficult part, reason why i had to buy protein powder. Sometimes i even wonder if i get enough calories to build muscles, i've never been someone who eats a lot so it's hard as hell.
the only way to go about it is making a plan and everyday making sure you eat the same and the same amounts so you don't cut down calories because of no hunger, force yourself to eat what you need to eat even if you got no hunger at all
It gets easier i had to force feed myself with water for chewing the foods down but now i can eat whenever and what i want but i train for 3/4years now
Doesn't having that much water with every meal dilute your stomach acid and makes it more difficult to digest food? I find it better when i have very little liquid with my meals a lot better for my digestion and leave the water for after.

How does your training change on low carb days vs high carb days? I'm assuming you do lower intensity workouts on your low days and higher intensity on high carb days?
Why would you do less intensity on Lower carbs? Carbs arent your only energy source the most important part carbs have is replenishing your glycogen post workout

I've always admired your clothing style. Can you suggest to us where you buy your clothes? Specifically the larger fitting collared grey polo. I have a very large built frame so most T - shirt are painted onto me. I am moving away from that 'look' the older I have gotten.

I just learned that Egg Yolks inhibit Iron Absorption, but has so many other nutrients so is that why he eats eggs in the morning and steak at night?
If you’re eating a lot of red meat and organs, inhibiting a little iron absorption is not a bad idea
