  • In part 3 of this monster interview, Joel Kellett returns and shares why the common fitfluencer doesn't want you to know this unpopular, yet very important nutritional truth.
Joel Kellett is an Australian bodybuilder who has trained consistently for ten years, twice per day! He was spotted by Nick Strength and Power in 2019 due to the fact that he has a physique that emulates Arnold Schwarzenegger. Great video. Since giving up simple sugar, my physique has never looked better. Sugar consumption is an addiction. If you eat sugar, it creates a craving, or withdrawal, so you eat more sugar to relieve the withdrawal created from your last sugar hit. My food has never tasted better. My weight no longer booms and busts, it stays consistent at 10% all the time. Life changing.

I missed the first part of the nutrition discussion but this part is spot on. Refined white substances are poison.

Also, Joel’s take on nutrition is refreshing. So glad to hear someone else absolutely reaming “big food” and all the bullshit “food products” they sell. Joel gets it, thank god. I loved hearing him talking about ditching protein powders. I did the same, my digestion thanks me for it. It’s all a bunch of garbage in our food supply. Also, his point at 13:00 on people relying too heavily on studies is for real. Half of studies are funded by parties with a vested interest in a particular outcome anyway.

Good stuff, another thing I think benefits Joel to the point he can run on very little sugar is his location, he has access to sunshine year round. Living in Holland notice I sort of plateau in the winters.

I for one enjoy the short video uploads. Everyone else calling for full episodes be damned. This is nice because I can watch one or two a day and get some decent insights in short chunks.

Hey Kenny, why not do it like MPMD, uploading first the episode and then the clips? Cause I see everyone mad here 😂 Fans will still watch and with the clips you get new people on to the channel.
And the full episode also on UA-cam, to have the visuals

We gotta follow our species appropriate diet. Animal products, fruit and veggies all raw as possible. Still don’t think cooked carbs are our food. Foods that you can not access in a raw state is not meant to be consumed. I look as fruit and veggies as an adder to spice up the real food. Real nutrition comes from animal products.

@@ClassicTor same here. Veggies give me issues sometimes. Milk shakes with raw diary honey and fruit are great for bulking.

The more carbs, the better libido I get. I usually bang 8-10 girls a week off Tinder and need to optimize my diet so I can last long and **** 2-3 times a day.
