🇦🇺 The philodendron sharoniae will forevermore be My Sharona in my brain 🕺 Your conservatory is absolute amazing, I love seeing all the stunning textures, I think the esmeraldense duo are my favourites, those leaves are just divine.
Thank you for your honesty, Memo! 😊 There are so many choices of plants and many that appear similar, so it's really helpful to get some honest feedback.
Cool T-shirt, Memo 🙂 I like the Esmeraldense combo (philo + anthurium) very much - such beautiful plants. I really wonder how the Cutucuense is going turn out in the future 🙂 It looks so weird :-D Based on your recommendation, I´m reading Enid´s book, so it´s particularly interesting to see the plants I´m reading about in your videos 🙂 She says how beautiful the Patriciae is, but I find the Esmeraldense more beautiful and interesting in general.
I love the anthurium esmeraldense. I will get if I can. Also the philo of the same name. I have a baby Sharoniaei (spelling). So glad to hear good things about her. I too thought I would love the strappy leaf anthuriums. Ive got a guitariforiom. Not as in love as I thought I would be. I have a very small philo serpens that I am loving. At this early stage its leaves are almost transparent which is disturbing but beautiful. My used to be philo goldei is really thriving in my living room with an increasing number of petals on the leaves. I just love that semi circular form they all take. Enjoyed this video a lot. The are the only utuber that has such a wide range of plants that I have never heard of let alone seen.
Thanks for the detailed comment! 😍 Glad to hear you're also a fan of the anthurium esmeraldense and Sharoniae. It's fun to explore lesser-known plants, isn't it? 🌱
My Cutucuense is in a terrarium along with my Splendidum. All I can say is it is alive. It's not getting a temperature drop as it's in my living room and I honestly have no idea where I'd put it where it would get a temperature drop. I'm just enjoying it while it lives.
I love ice-cream plastic containers! They are clear and made from the same material as transparent pot (#5 plastic or PP). For the price of a transparent pot, I can get a tub of ice-cream and a good container that I can poke holes to use as a pot 😂. I found that spiritus santi is a lower light plant, it push out leaf with stripes that almost look like variegation when I give it a lot of light and it doesn’t seem to be happy, I moved it to a lower light place and it seems much happier. The Esmeralda Spirit looks amazing, it’s crazy how much the price has dropped! I am very interested to get one! I forgot to mention from the last video, the camera set up is really cool!
Hey North 👋👋👋 So glad I am not the only one with Ice-cream containers! 😂 Thanks for the tip on the spiritus santi, I'll have to keep that in mind! 🌿 definitely need to see if that helps, I was wondering if it was getting too much light.
Great updates on all the imports you/they have done extremely well, 👍😁 You P Esmeraldense is she the narrow form? I watch quite a few live sales and there is definitely one that has a wider leaf structure and must say prefer your one to the others I have seen, and next year might just invest in one. 😂
Hey Memo, I really love and enjoy your video contents! 😍 I wanted to ask you if you have made any changes to your video contrast in more recent videos? I am finding them quite stressing to my eyes 🥲🥲🥲
Hey there! 😊 Thanks for the love on the videos! I've been trying some new editing techniques to offset the cloudy skies here in the UK. Sorry to hear that it's a bit hard on your eyes 😔. I'll work on fine-tuning that for the next video!
Oh how I wish both my PSS and my heterocraspedon would progress. Both are are stuck in time. Your conservatory is the stuff of dreams as is your collection. I do have Queremalence envy. Cannot grow that plant as it needs a night time drop in temperature that I just don’t have in my environment.
Hi! Watched several of your videos! Just ended the one on esmeraldense anthurium! Great content! I wish to import plants to uk from ecuagenera too! Do we need a special permit or they manage everything on this side? Thank you very much
Is your philodendron esmeraldense The narrow form or no? I see that ecaugenera has one that is just called the narrow form one and the other doesn't say narrow

Haha, glad you got a kick out of the "clean up in aisle 5" moment! 😅 Thanks for the love and support! ❤️

So happy you enjoyed the video! Ah, the "chicken feet" are definitely unique, aren't they? 🐔🌱 Space-friendly and super cool!
Great progress so far; they’re thriving Memo! I actually like the chicken foot looking plant. Thanks for sharing!

Keeping a plant alive is already a win in my book! 🌱 Enjoy it as long as it thrives! I am trying to do the same 😅😅😅😅😬🤷♂️💚

Great questions! Mine is the standard form of the philodendron esmeraldense. And you're welcome, happy to introduce you to some new green friends! 🌿
