do I need footer in the ground? im building 16x26 shed basically and didn't wanna have to dig cause I cant get equipment there and its hard ledge in the ground. I want top use the tuff block system and build a deck on them, then build the pole barn style shed off the deck. Is that ok to do or do I have to worry about it shifting and moving. thanks
I would just build kinda like a portable building. Build your floor first and then just lag either your posts to the floor and joists or do a stud wall. Either way should be fine.
is the post sleeve made to go into concrete or just dirt in the hole.?
Honestly mainly for dirt but you could definitely use for concrete as well.
So if a bank is requiring a full foundation for financing, versus posts in the ground, does the third option satisfy those requirements?
If you are talking about the brackets. Yes banks like those because they are rated to their standard.
