Hey man I just want to say much respect to you.I like the fact that you started from the bottom your equipment is not brand new but you got it looking good and you're working your way up. Keep doing what you do driver you are representing the industry well
I’ve had problems with engine brake on a 290 Cummins. Luckily, I was able to fix it. It was this arm that pushes a button which engages it. I had to bend the arm. Metal arm. I bent it and make it correct. So it can push the button to engage the engine brake when I need it. The truck was a 290 cummins International Paystar 5070. That truck was awesome. Good engine, 10 speed road ranger I think. That one has the cylinder switch to change how strong the Jakes can be. Truck has AWD and Diff lock switches.
Great video! I just started working on a super 10 been difficult learning to float the gears but getting there little by little thanks for you videos keep posting bro!
I love your videos man! I recently got my CDL after learning in a 2008 Kenworth W900 and a 2004 T660. My uncle has been hauling milk his whole life as did my Grandpa who taught himself all about trucks and building a route without finishing school or really being able to read, i’ve been hauling milk myself while learning how to drive and i learned how to float gears before i knew how to double clutch, i passed my Road test with flying colors, i even predicted a car that was overtaking on the left was going to cut in front of me shortly after passing (while on the highway) and pre-emptily backed off to create a safety cushion where i would have time to slow down if needed and after that the test was basically over he started asking me what i’ve done for work (implying i’ve been driving truck without a license) lol and he wasn’t even paying attention to the road after that, he told me all about how his uncle hauled milk as well and i couldn’t be happier to have accomplished something i’ve always wanted to do! Your videos (teaching your brother how to drive, float the gears and especially your instructions on downshifting) really helped me brother, so PLEASE keep em coming and let’s see an update on how good your brother is now, let him drive around for about 30 minutes and don’t cut anything out! God Bless❤️
Haha that’s what I sort of just commented. I do end dumping and I ain’t climbing inside no trailer to manually roll or unroll a tarp. It’s either automatic or electric or I roll it from the end of the trailer lol
The peace and joy an I6 turbo-charged diesel engine brings me is unlike nonother. One of the most masculine things left in this world. On the other hand, he's being really ethical by driving, shifting and smartphone talking. Dammit man, lol.
In the winter time, if you live up north, if the load freezes, never pull up like you did at 20:56 that’s a big no no, if you have 2-3 tons up there with the trailer up. You’ll be having a very bad day. You have to go very slow because you don’t know what is left up there. Look good body. Keep up 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Damn bro . You pull whatever they need you to huh. One day your dragging the lowboy and then today your dragging an end dump. Still a nice ass kw.. gotta love those straits
I really enjoy your videos...this demonstrates the everyday grind of a truck driver....please continue to share because your videos are very informative
Love the video an the truck..ima kw man too cuz.gotta a white t660 86 inch studio with 267 wheelbase running local during the week pulling dry boxes for Epes up in Nc off interstate 95.. 🕊️
Chick-fil-A is Awesome. In drive a end dump, I hauls spent grain from a brewery in Albany Ga to the milk dairies in southwest Ga and Fla . Love your videos keep it up.
Bro I got my permit and I was going to cdl school and driving them trucks from the school but since quarantine started everything was canceled but my pops drives a dump truck and I’ve been going with him & these dump trucks a different ball game! I heavily fuck with your content & hopefully I’ll be up there soon!
Aahh Bro, didn't realise you pulled abit of Everything, Lowboys, A-train Semi etc... Very Impressed from New Zealand... If Only Our Country was as Vaste...
Thats one way to do the tarp. It still does its job and you dont have to worry about any bungee cords breaking off and blowin the tarp off the sides of the truck lol
Nice video just found your channel by chance.I drive an 8 wheel rigid tipper in Manchester UK hauling stone ,tarmac and muck.I have an electric tarp cover which is very handy.Good video pal👍
You have a wet kit but you still use the pony motor for the lowboy. You must not wanna hook up the lines to your wet kit or the lowboy isnt set up for the wetkit im assuming
Lowboy isn’t set up, came with the pony motor, also to use the wet kit on the lowboy it’s different need 2 use 2 lines and our end dumps only use 1 line. The pony motor does fine I like it better
How did you get to the point where your at? I’m trying to get like you as of right now I’m just a fedex delivery driver working for a contractor but I want to do what you do any advice?
Amen on that! Not only what you know, or who you know, or how long you been driving. Do you know how much it cost to maintain a truck? Insurance, fuel, break downs, tires, you gotta keep receipts for write offs cause you’re 1099, etc.... I’m not discouraging you, def go for your dreams, but I would want atleast 20-25,000 in my account before I even thought about owning my own truck again. A engine depending on what is is will take all of that money. Learn how to work on them if you can. How to change the oil, grease them, fuel filters, etc... Everything you pretty much do related to your truck is a write off so get a folder and keep all your receipts! Best of luck!
Been driving a mixer truck since I’ve had my cdl the last 2 years. ( no tractor-trailer experience ) I’m going to be driving a end dump real soon , any tips ?
Where can you get trained on end dump? Old vid but anyway. I have 13 years and about 1.3 million miles behind wheel. Done Van, Reefer, 9 Car Rack. Looking to add to curriculum
Houston Boys supporting Houston Boys....my little International don't look bad on camera.... keep riding driver!

Love how you are such a smooooth shifter; no gear-jamin for you! Some guys have been grindin' them for years; they just don't get it! You are a pro!

I am trying to get to this level. You have inspired me to work harder to achieve what I want

My dad use to haul end dump trailers
Be careful with the cell bro, I'm not sure down there, but here in the NE it's a zero tolerance big no no. Stay safe, keep it between the ditches.
Same in Ohio! It’s atleast a 1,000 dollar fine!
How bout you driver you remind me of me Lol, keep it pushing young man!!! And stay safe doing it!!!
Thats one way to do the tarp. It still does its job and you dont have to worry about any bungee cords breaking off and blowin the tarp off the sides of the truck lol
Yea have been doing that for a while and never had any problems
might want to mention to always look up and check for nearby powerlines which nobody wants to lift their trailer and hit power lines.
Beautiful rig

Evan Rivera thanks!
Grtruckingdemolition sounds about right !
It’s a tough business I’ll tell you that. It’s not what you know but who you know.
Amen on that! Not only what you know, or who you know, or how long you been driving. Do you know how much it cost to maintain a truck? That dumper your pulling needs some TLC, it must be a pain in the butt having too climb in there to cover and uncover whatever your hauling. Cheers !
1armedguy not really I don’t mind having to manually tarp
That end dump is pretty nice compared to most.
The inside of your truck is clean too considering you go on dusty building sites and tips fair play to ya

That truck is nice, but you need to improve your sleeper unit. Make it more homely for a quick truck stop nap. 😉😂

Your truck seems to blow smoke at the startup how much hp you running
Peterbilt Fan label says 475 don’t know if previous owners did anything to it
Oh I just knew when you had started it up it blew smoke out
Damon I needa start a UA-cam channel we got our own end dump company to
That window in sleeper on passenger side, it factory? Looks slanted......
It’s pretty straight, just replaced the door from a studio sleeper Kenworth, maybe the GoPro fish eye makes it look like that on video
