I've mentioned it before, he needs to get an electric flip tarp on that trailer. Not only is it a hazard to be climbing around on the trailer but you're right a lot of yards even up here in Ohio will not let a driver climb on top of the trailer.

Having spent over 25 years on various trucking jobs myself I know how tough it is to keep equipment in top class order.
