- Hello Friends! Life has been quite hectic so I haven't had time to do much filming. When life gets in the way this is the type of quick meals I depend on--and I thought you would also benefit from this delicious, quick recipe! Hope you enjoy!
Canned Salmon is essential in every pandemic and emergency pantry or for those days that you really don't feel like cooking but aren't in the mood for take out! It's my lazy day go to without compromising on nutrition or flavor!

This looks delicious, I make mines the say way, but I don't like the bones, I usually buy Brunswick brand, I use a Maggi instead of the salt and I add lemon juice. Thanks 😊
And for pet owners you can also pour the juice from the can in with your dog or cats food bowl. I make salmon patties ever week... and you can also add a spoon of ranch dressing in with your salmon, egg, onions peppers, mayo, mustard, breadcrumbs,

Hi. Would you mind sharing how much of the whole wheat and oats you added. I am not an experienced breadmaker but I am trying to learn especially trying to make it as healthy as I can but it’s a little tricky it tends to come out very dry and dense when I have used whole wheat so far. So thanks for the help if you don’t mind 😁

Olive oil has a low smoke point of 325 to 375. Take this into consideration when heating it. You can take a good oil and make it into a trans fat by overheating it.
Oh gosh girl..I love salmon and fried bake or paratha🥰🥰 We get Red Rose or Brunswick at home. I prepare mine the same way as you. This was a must have for Good Friday together with all the other ground provision and fish.
