@@randomviewer8857 Glad you are enjoying the channel! Also, I believe you can do everything you see in the videos...Im just showing what others are capable...its in your realm of potential... the exciting thing is that you probably don't know what your highest potential is just yet. 👍💫
@@BrendanJFox But let's be real this isn't a permanent or long term fix, it's a temporary relief. You're essentially performing a set of procedures that momentarily release the tightness and locked up areas which in turn provides more movement and less pain...but then the person goes home and gets back into old habbits with poor posture or the same straining movements that caused the problem in the first place and the whole thing just comes back. It doesn't seem any different than a session of trigger therapy that provides short relief.
@yinyang2385 You're right in that we created a beneficial shift in alignment... and that if you don't reinforce the shift things go back to the way they were. That's why we provide a homework sheet, so clients can complete the drills twice a day for at least 6 weeks for a true change in muscle/tendon, in addition to lifestyle modifications they must follow so that they don't bring the problem back. We have found consistent long term success with this type of approach.
Do you have ideas for phantom pain in a below knee amputee and unfortunately have to take pain medication which I'm loathe to use as I'm a clean drug addict of 8 years. I only take the medication when I can't bare it. I know I'm on a fine line . Any suggestions please
