About All In The Family:
One of the most acclaimed comedy series of all time, All in the Family with Archie Bunker as the irascible, highly opinionated, working-class family man who viewed the world on his terms and his terms only. When not arguing with his liberal son-in-law, "Meathead," Archie took refuge in his long-suffering wife, Edith, who tries her best to understand Archie's conservative ways and outdated beliefs.

“You hurl your shoulder into that door, you’re gonna have two armpits on the same side.”
BAHAHAHAHAHA!!
Just after this, Mike yells out the window, tells Archie that maybe someone decent will come by there. Archie: "IN NEW YORRRRRK?!?!?!?!" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
“Aw, stop the yellin’! You’re only trapped in here with me. Look who I’m trapped in here with!”
haha ruthless
“Don’t look at it! Don’t look at it”😂
Love how the blame went from lack of informing about the door to personal habits.
That was one of tv history!! Best male bonding moments! That needed to happen with mike and Archie, there were other moments! But Archie took a heartfelt bite out of mike! During their drunken conversation. Mike grew a heart for his father in law. Such as beautiful tv show!
And I think this was right before Mike and Gloria moved to California
looking for the whole episode. my husband watched it when he was a kid. can not find it
Mike & Archie had some of the best confrontations on a TV series. This episode had the best, but for an opposite reason: the bonding that took place between them two in such a short period of time. The crescendo was when Mike covered Archie up with the awning and said: "Goodnite Shoe-booty".
@@tracysullivan174 You won't find it because of copyright infringement laws. As soon as someone puts it up, it's taken down.
You realize Archie is calm in this situation because he had experience from when he was locked in the cellar
Mike wasn't smart after all... He just acts on impulse. The writers made the characters so multi-faceted.. Just the visual of Edith with Archie in the tub was very funny...
They left out the best part of this episode, which was the very ending. Archie essentially tells Mike that he loves him. That's why Mike has that look on his face and covers Archie up with the blanket.
This scene was hysterically funny. If you like symphonies, you're gonna love this. Then Archie gives Mike a very long rasberry.😂
Mike was such a meathead in this episode: first he slams the storeroom door closed when Arch still had the key in the lock and then he breaks a window during a snowstorm. On the other hand Arch should have taken the key out of the lock and warned him about slamming the door - and why the heck didn't he have a door wedge or more importantly have nobs on both sides of the door?
Don’t look at it 😂😂😂 as he wipes it away 😂😂😂
I just noticed he actually says don’t look at us 😂 😂😂😂 makes it even funnier
Mike was a meat head
Once a meathead,always a meathead
I love how this was Archie’s fault 😂
It was his fault. It wouldn't have happened if he hadn't bought the bar 😂😂😂😂
He’s not the one who shut the door and broke the window which was the only thing keeping the freezing cold air out
@@T1000skynetforeverMike: "I am not the one who had a key hole only on the outside and never installed a door knob to the inside!"
@@usnva5638 He never told Mike to close the door. There was absolutely no reason to do it. It’s a closet not a walk in fridge. Also there was more stuff outside to move in
@@T1000skynetforeverOf course he's going to close the door. That's what Polacks do.
those were the days when tv was funny.
ShoeBooty
To add injury to insult Mike smashed the window which reveals its freezing cold outside.
If Archie and Mike were building a treehouse for little Joey...
ARCHIE: Hey, Meathead...
MIKE: Yeah?
ARCHIE: Where's the door hole?
MIKE: Uh... It goes right there, Arch. See, I drew it with a magic marker.
ARCHIE: Uh... you know, you were supposed to cut it out with that there power saw!!
MIKE: Yeah, I'm gonna.
ARCHIE: Oh, really?!
MIKE: Yeah! (Pause)
ARCHIE: You don't get it, do ya?
MIKE: Get what?
ARCHIE: Well, how about you go get that there power saw to cut the door out?
MIKE: Ok, I will. (Walks into wall) Oh, I think I see the problem, Arch.
ARCHIE: OH DO YA, YA DUMB POLAK?!!!
And yes, that was from the tree house episode of Drake and Josh.
In an episode of ABP... Archie and Murray take some bottles out side in the alleyway through a 'back door'... 🤔
Greatest damn television show ever. 2nd would be the Honeymooners.
Nah, second is cheers.
Your age is showing.
Its Married with Children.
This reminds me of that episode of Drake & Josh where they were building a treehouse and got trapped in it because Drake forgot to make a door
Archie=Josh, Mike=Drake.
Or when they got stuck in their teacher’s bathroom and drops the cell phone in the toilet.
Slam 🤣🤣🤯🤯
Funny!
Mike was book smart not intelligent. Two very different things.
Archie's fault.
He’s not the one who broke the glass and let the cold air in
@@T1000skynetforever He's the one who didn't say, 'Don't bother with the window: it has bars on it.'
@@Accam570 he’s not the one who couldn’t wait for Archie to finish his sentence before busting the only think keeping the freezing NYC winter air out
@@T1000skynetforever Archie was stupid in not saying, 'There's a window but it has bars on it.'
@@Accam570 he was just about to but Mike wouldn’t wait and smashed the glass
