About All In The Family:
One of the most acclaimed comedy series of all time, All in the Family with Archie Bunker as the irascible, highly opinionated, working-class family man who viewed the world on his terms and his terms only. When not arguing with his liberal son-in-law, "Meathead," Archie took refuge in his long-suffering wife, Edith, who tries her best to understand Archie's conservative ways and outdated beliefs.

“Stubborn guy, must be a Swede”😂😂😂
Edith's mistakes while she's playing and Archie's rush to get it all overall is hilarious. Great scene.
At least she sounded better then when she played the piano during the flashback of Mike & Gloria's wedding - possibly she took a refresher course in the interim.
Mr. Hoover played Mr. Bigly on the Facts of Life.❤😂
Hooper, you mean. He had a long career.
And I thought I was old when I got married, lol, 😂
This was a riot! Also funny was when Arch mistook the name of the groom Herbert Hooper with the name of the President Herbert Hoover during the scene where he locked himself in the closet. When everyone was asking where he was after the wedding Arch said "he died in California after inventing the Depression". Hoover did indeed die in California in 1964 - my Mom said that Hoover didn't actually invent the Great Depression but instead inherited and prolonged it and that prior President Calvin Coolidge actually was the catalyst behind the Great Depression.
Actually. Herbert Hoover died in New York City on Oct. 20, 1964. Actually, neither Coolidge nor Hoover invented the Depression; that was created by severe panic following the Stock Market crash of 1929. Hoover did little to combat the Depression, and what he did do about it had little effect.
I like Archie's misunderstanding of Hooper and Hoover.
At least you got the ending joke.
I love the way Archie kisses Florence during the ceremony.❤❤❤❤
Congratulatory kiss.
Great scene 😂
No spoilers, but THE ENDING.
Also kinda funny to not have the toilet flush like usual formal occurances in the house.
Arch was too busy rushing to get the wedding done and he and Edith out the door to go on the fishing trip with Barney & Blanche to worry about going to the toilet.
That old guy getting married looks like Biden
He reminded me of Hume Croyn myself.
