Just bought the acer h7532bd and it awesome.best projector by far for the money ,really did my research.the 50,000-1 contrast makes the 3D mode looks beautiful.a must have projector for the home
@TexasBoyCapCity The blacks, like most projectors, are not like an LCD screen. You will need a light controlled you to get the deepest color. The H5360 is a very bright projector so you can still watch movies and games with all the lights on it' s just the image will be abit washed out.

@CrackerJayherber H5360 is KILLER for 3D games and movies. You will need a Nvidia 3D vision kit for 3D. You will need to play all your PC games at a resolution of 1280x720 for 3D. If you plan on playing 2D then you can use a resolution up to 1920x1080 BUT it will be upscaled. Meaning the image will not be native 1080p so it will be slightly blurred on hard lines. Still looks good though.
@DhasseLOL Lots of depth in 3D mode and the high lumen rating is very enjoyable. PS3 and Xbox upscale 720p to 1080p anyways so the native 720p still looks very good on 360 and PS3. PC games still look good at 1280x720. You wont see a huge difference between 720p and 1080p while watching movies on PC or console. I'm at 120" right now and both projectors look sick!
@DhasseLOL Nvidia 3D Vision Kit for 3D game and movies from your PC. You would need a 3DXL or the one made by Viewsonic for 3D PS3 and Xbox games/movies. If you're looking for a 3D projector then this is the one you want! It's super bright and solid quality. Bulbs are on the cheap side aswell for around $120.

@TexasBoyCapCity The H5360 is killer for 3D content and the H7531D is killer for 2D gaming in 1080p. They both have their high points. The h5360 still produces a very nice clear and sharp image for 2d games and movies. I have enjoyed them both equally.

If you're looking for 1080p 2D then you will need to spend more. I also have an Acer 7531D 1080p native projector and videos of it for you to watch and compare.

Sounds like you need a better job. and yes the 3D-XL is over priced. there are a few other 1.4 to 1.3 converter boxes that are $100 cheaper or more. Viewsonic VP3D1 is one of them.

The H5 is a 720p native projector and the H7 is 1080p native.
