Yes I do even on my period but on my first day of period I do little less because I'm away get sick on first day . I know it's annoying when have period and workout but for I feel better after workout . 😁😍😍

Hi sorry I don't know how much calories I eat in daily 😁 my breakfast is only milk my lunch and dinner I eat ,vegetables, chicken, fish ,egg no rice no bubble drink no beer
Yo estoy comenzando a dejar la comida chatarra... por ahora es solo 1 día a la semana, una porción ese día... el resto de la semana.. cuando tengo ganas de comida chatarra, trato de comer un pedacito (enfatizo en el pedacito) de queso... podrías probar con eso, al menos a mi me dió resultado.. y si te sirve, al menos prepararte unas comidas a la semana.. para ir organizando
It's have a lot of reasons but the main is I want change myself to be healthy for next baby lol now not yet but hope soon . And because Chloe ting workout and what she's said is changing my mind to motivate to continue fighting .

Okay sure _When I get up at the morning I drink warm water you can drink hot coffee I'm not workout at morning. _ for breakfast I only drink milk 🥛 _ lunch I eat my normal food but I eat less 50% of my daily lunch . _ no snacks no take a nap. _ for dinner I eat egg and vegetables and I eat less 70% of my daily dinner. _ I workout at evening _ after workout I drink another warm water or tea . I know you will hungry if you just started but when you wake up in the next day you will feel great. You better go sleep early 👍👍 that's all 🙂
