Oh thank you so much! You’re far too kind 💜 In regards to weight loss, I’m not 100% sure; I didn’t weigh myself as I mainly wanted to see if I could tone my figure! That being said, I think I probably lost a little as I did see results. It’s a schedule that has potential for weight loss I’d say! 😌

Hiya!! I just ate normally when doing this workout, I didn’t follow any particular diet I just ate what I wanted to basically!! The only thing at the time I wasn’t eating was chocolate 💕 I hope this helps! x
