What a great ideo. Please do more of this topic. 👍Good food doesn’t need to be expensive. Cooking isn’t necessarily complicated. And if you don’t own a plastic fork to replace the tiny whisk, you can take your finger. It works, too! 😂

This is our fridge at work . We have a container of condiments we share. We share all the bottle items too.
My family loves Ramen noodles. We eat them daily instead of sandwiches. As a mom I love it because my son gets veggies then. I keep bags and bags of frozen veggies and tofu in the freezer. We are not vegan but we eat 80% plant based.

What a helpful video, wonderful ideas!
My 2 cents worth: Aldi has 90 second microwavable packets of healthy grains for about $2.50(over budget I know) which contains 1 very healthy serving of 7 grains or quinoa and brown rice, wild rice, I've even found farrow, excellent food for anytime of day and would serve well with that free fruit or canned beans and corn etc. And all the spices mentioned.

7 years and 3 degrees... never got into Ramen. Herbs, coffee and pizza coupons were always at the ready. :) Wait... That sounded like 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon? Anywho; This is the start of my 30th year as a student affairs professional. Eating on college campuses has experienced in incredible evolution. Fresh fruit is always available for the taking in dinning facilities, meals to go, on campus retail locations selling fresh fruit, frozen vegetables and stocked with so many plant based options. Late night food availability is abundant and many college / university meal plans come with some amount of $$$ that can be spent on campus. Many schools have food pantries for students with food and financial insecurities. LOVED this weeks video. Stay amazing and PEEEEEEEEACCCCCCE! Oh... Sorry if I was that guy who showed up at your college door... BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
