    After did the second video of your pelvic floor series yesterday, so I really really liked your cues about pulling up the pelvic floor, and when, and then also releasing. Great workout focusing on form. It seems the slower the movements are the more challenging. Thank you.

    Phew I am sweating now! That was intensive but good (I'm a beginner). Except I accidentally had it on one RED spring for one side. Oops! Lopsided training. 😂 Will definitely be sore tomorrow but I'm happy that I'm back to regular exercise recently. Thank you! Will watch more of your videos for certain. ❤

    Can you suggest an alternative for a sitting box? I'm using a reformer at my gym which doesn't have one.

      Not sure I would suggest anything else - sometimes sitting on a moon box (really big yoga block) can work for some things, but very limited.     Great looking workout, but how would I incorporate this workout if I cannot get on my knees...can I do it standing or sitting on box...would love to hear your detailed explanation so I can give it a try!

      Hi Melanie, there's quite a bit of moves in this video that aren't on the knees. I would say, just skip around the kneeling parts :)

      Hi Deborah! Yes, this workout is suitable for prenatal, if you're not experiencing any pubic symphysis issues and have had experience with Pilates before. You may need to go a little slower, focus a little more deeply on engaging the core to make sure you're not pushing the belly out instead of in.
