Hi. Just want to say this is a great instructional video. I have a lot of upper body weakness and rotator cuff issues from pregnancy and being a new mum/breastfeeding... this video the first time I did it eased my upper back burning and pain immediatley, better than all the stretching, heat packs and even antiinflammatories. It is now part of my daily practice and its only been a few days but already I am feeling the difference. I dont have a box but that did not stop me, improvisation was easy. THANK YOU!

I am pretty much a beginner at reformer Pilates, & I am still waiting for some of my equipment, but I was wondering if you could tell me if there are any exercises that you can do perhaps with your arms in the straps while you have the ball under your shoulder/mid-back area like you do at the end of this video? One of my main goals is to help correct posture issues that I am having. Thank you so much for this video & information! ❣️
