    Love the short classes, 15-20 min in the morning before work after a little cardo. And can work just small parts of body rather then full when short on time

    Thank you! Love your channel! I love those pants too. It's much easier to see which leg you are using. Sometimes, when it's just the black leggings, it's difficult to see which leg is moving. Maybe a different colored band on each ankle? Just a suggestion. Thank you so much for the awesome content!
