      Thank you, I'm 49 yrs of age so I'm getting on a bit and I think I woke up one morning and my arm had limited movement and pain when I breached the point of pain. I have one of those expanding resistance bands so I'll try some movements using it. I better get on top of this because it could get worse. Thanks for your help.

    So far after watching over a dozen frozen shoulder help videos, this one is the most comprehensive, explanatory, and beneficial I've seen.
    I have extremely limited and painful movement, but I still can barely do this doctor's prescribed therapeutic without excruciating pain. Thank you!

    I'm experiencing this now, first my left shoulder in 2020 and then my right shoulder in 2021. The left shoulder is improving. it has taken over a year. The right shoulder is still in pain. I am performing special exercises to strengthen my rear deltoid and small muscles around the joint. I've even actively weight training and competing in field events for 28 years. It's very frustrating, but I'm determined to gain my mobility back. Thanks for your informative video!

    So much has happened over the last week.But, I stand here today, confessing my love for You ,Jesus,for the blessings You continue to pour out and for showing me that faith in You is so worth it.
    It started exactly a week ago, and four days later i was diagnosed with frozen shoulder. The pain was horrible, extremely painful. I was educating myself, doing Dr. Andrea’s exercises( thank you Doctor), crying and praying and praying .,thanking God for my pain.Why? Because if the pain wasn’t that strong I wouldn’t go to doctor that soon, hoping it will go by itself. And because of that it would last months even years.
    Anyways, today i woke up , trying to get up from bed very very carefully, with fear of the pain,and..... pain was gone.Still, my movements are restricted, but that crucial pain was gone!!! So now,i am in stage 2. i believe,with God's help,stage 3 will happen soon,and my shoulder will be the way it was before.
    Dears,God is Real!!! God is Good!!! God is In Control!!!!!
    Thank you, Jesus for the Wisdom that You gave me for this.
    i will continue to trust in You and know that You are the One True Living God! My prayer has been answered and I just want to offer my heartfelt thanks to You. Lord, You are Great and Your Mercy endures forever. You just made impossible to possible.❤️🙏🙏🙏

    When I had pain in the shoulder and forearm, the doctor advised me to hold the bath towel ends with both hands behind on the back and move the hands up and down 20 times. 20 times with right hand being up and 20 times the left hand up. I'm continuing this exercise for about 15 years with good results

    I have 2 severe frozen shoulders, can’t move too much, cannot lift weight, severe pain 24/7, cannot sleep due to pain…do daily PT at home & was going 2x a week outside of home but reducing that to 1x every 2 weeks, under Osteopathic dr care & seen every 6 weeks. It is slow going & the pain is insane. Any video exercise helps is wonderful. You do great videos!
    People: be very careful not to injure your shoulders please. It is so horrible. Everyone is different but my pain is off the charts & I tolerate pain well. So, it’s bad.

    Best advice and exercises seen so far online.
    And delivered in a clear, careful, precise, simple, slow enough way to really be able to follow.
    And want to follow!
    So much advice out there makes you more stressed, and hence more tense, therefore more pain.
    This clip is relaxing and super helpful.
    Love the advice to mark use a pencil mark on the wall.
    When your arm is frozen for many months, and progress is slow, a tiny improvement gives you hope, and encourages you to exercise more!

    I do some of your exercise you shown us, almost 7 months doing that. It is really hard to raise in 90 degrees. I do not do also a rotation. A lost range in my arms.

    Doctor I would like to thank you very much for your helpful videos.
    I have a problem with my neck (hernia at 6-7) but also a problem with my shoulder. I've been suffering since April... According to everything I've seen I'm sure I have a frozen shoulder. The neurosurgeon I went to (unfortunately) gave me cortisone injections but there was no improvement in the shoulder/hand. Doctors don't tell you to do exercises and as an easy solution they say surgery. So I started here for 2-3 weeks and doing your exercises. I would like you PLEASE to advise me if it is normal the pain with some exercises? Should I keep doing them? At night, during sleep the pain continues. Thank you in advance for any response.

    Dear Dr. Furlon
    I have been following your channel for various health problems and pain management.
    My wife is 78 years old and has been suffering from Frozen shoulders in both hands. She has been treated at clinic in Bombay and given approximately twenty sittings of diathermy magnetic pads and various exercises mostly seen in your videos but the problem persists. It has been more than a month now and there is not even 10% of improvement. She remains in pain for 24 hours.
    I only want to know if she can continue doing exercises or stop and start after only after the pain subsides. Please let me know what we should do.
    Besides shoulder pain she gets mascular pains in both hands between shoulder joints and elbow .
    Kindly advise if it's appropriate to continue doing excersizes and generally how long will the complete recovery take.
    For your kind information I too suffered for similar pains during Covid crisis and had fully recovered watching your videos as all clinics were closed for indefinite time, for which I sent a message of appreciation to you and you too had also replied in appreciation for the same.
    I really need your advice this time too as I am totally helpless watching my wife suffering in severe pain and agony. Please also recommend if any vitamin supplements would help.
    Awaiting your reply in anticipation which I am sure I will get.

    Hello could you please tell me what is the best pain medication to take for frozen shoulder I am on plexia and I still find I an only still get 3 hours sleep per night . I have had frozen shoulder for 7 months now And now the pain is going down my arm.

    I had frozen shoulder once, the reason, I was doing hot yoga, not drinking much water, 3 months was enough to get frozen shoulder. Lost calcium and potassium.
