I woke up in the middle. Does that mean I'm still under hypnosis and have to listen to the end? I usually don't like anything with hypnosis as it triggers me with anxiety. I fall asleep to Sarah Raymond but just a different one.
I appreciate your channel so very much. I never thought I would say this, but in this particular recording, the voice is too loud compared to the music. In my exoerienc, usually, if there's a problem with either of these 2 aspects on the UA-cam channels that I practice meditation with, it is the opposite! Thsnk you for what you do so well. I am sure you know that you reach and help a lot of people with what you offer.

All great until asked to visualise a staircase and that put me off. I want to sleep after clearning my mind of thought and not imagine myself walking down steps, it just makes my mind active again

15 mins to get you hypnotised, 30 mins to get you to your local bank, rob it, and get home, and 15 minutes to tell you that you won’t remember any of it when you wake up. The perfect crime!
