It wouldn't be a "Fallout" game then since it's supposed to be a game about the aftermath of a nuclear war and it would have to match the other games. But a futuristic 50s setting world be cool for an RPG game
I can imagine Nate having people rebuild the Commonwealth and get places to look like that after some years. Just slowly turning the town to what it looked like before the nukes and have masses of people flood in and the Minutemen to become a strong army and with more people coming in, getting more recruits.
Another work of art - a fantastic piece. I've always felt Bethesda didn't take the pre-war start of the game far enough. Would have been better if you could have taken a stroll around town in Concord, for example, before the bombs fell. It would actually have been really clever if they let you choose a pre-war occupation (baker, police officer, garbage man) to have something to do before the bombs dropped, and these choices would impact your stats and skills later on. But then we'd be talking a much different game, one far more roleplaying focused than we got. Alas. Keep up the amazing work!
I completely agree with you for the beginning of the game we don't even see Sanctuary in its entirety in good condition before the war and I would have liked to see the cities and settlements before the destruction it would have been more logical and c that's why my buildings are often pre-war, my next concept will still be in Sanctuary because this the best place to build the theme will be a small industrialized town, thank you for your comment and visit which are very much appreciated my friend
The best thing to do with Fallout 4’s intro if you wanted a truly free RPG experience like New Vegas would be to not have a preset family and house but rather be some random shmo walking down the street to sign up with Vault-Tec like in the base Game, then suddenly the sirens start wailing and you get frozen. Then instead of Shaun being kidnapped, you would just start to asphyxiate years later in your pod like everyone else when suddenly Kellogg and some scientists let you out before teleporting away as you black out temporarily. The two key things here are 1: not predetermining ANYTHING about who you were pre-war, thus letting players pretend to be anything from a serial killer to a cop to a hobo rather than restricting them to Nate the soldier or Nora the lawyer and 2: doesn’t awkwardly thrust an urgent family rescue plot on you but rather a mystery you can choose to look into or not like Benny shooting you in Goodsprings.

Sat on a stool at the Crystal Pistol was a glum, unshaven Nate. Truth be told, he hadn’t known what to expect as he rose up out of Vault 111, but a thriving town in the place of his once sleepy rural suburb was not high on his list. All the pre-war training and PSAs had taught him how to survive in an arid wasteland full of mutants and raiders, not how to get new identity papers and a job in a post-post-apocalyptic civilisation to rival the United States at the turn of the 20th Century. As it turned out, humans were really good at bouncing back after disasters. Like the fall of Rome and the Bubonic Plague before it, humanity had adapted to the loss of its previous governments and economies and begun again on a smaller scale. Of course, 210 years passing meant that said small scale had grown quite a bit. These people he now walked amongst seemed wiser - wearier - and armed to the teeth compared to their pre-war counterparts. And fair enough, as things called ‘feral ghouls’, ‘deathclaws’, and ‘yao guais’ still terrorised the odd patch of wilderness outside urban centres like the new Sanctuary Hills. There was nothing left for him here. Nora was dead, Codsworth had been reprogrammed to serve this town’s mayor, and even his poor old house had been demolished and paved over decades ago. But Shaun? Shaun could still be out there. He had to find him, and the first step was to leave his old life behind him. Leaving some of the new alien printed currency on the counter (apparently humanity had used everything from water to bottle caps to Roman-esque coins at different points in time), he shouldered his backpack and gun, and strolled his way only semi-drunkenly out into the street. Waving down a cab, he asked the driver to take him all the way to the centre of Diamond City (apparently the new name for the rebuilt ruins of Boston). Nate sat back and watched the rejuvenated scenery go by, keen to listen to the redheaded Irish girl driving him’s wild stories.

I'd love it if the NPCs are all watching you the whole time, and it turns out they're low key a cannibal town like Andale from FO3. When the player discovers the truth the whole town turns hostile and you get to purge the place before it becomes your own workshop.
Bethesda could, in a future Fallout game, explore the past before the Great War in more depth, creating a larger and more detailed pre-war world than just the neighborhood of Sanctuary Hills in Fallout 4.
Remember if you’re ever in an after math nuclear war and feeling down about it just take some chems to cheer you back up just be careful not to get addicted 😂

This is a beautiful little city, with so much tender love and care put into the streets and each building! It really embraces the aesthetic of post WWII American prosperity mixed with retrofuturism characteristic of the games. My first impression was that this town reminded me of the trailer for the new Hunger Games movie coming out next months, where they have the scene of the traffic circle with cars similar to Fallout's driving around it. I'd love it if the NPCs are all watching you the whole time, and it turns out they're low key a cannibal town like Andale from FO3. When the player discovers the truth the whole town turns hostile and you get to purge the place before it becomes your own workshop.
that would be a good scenario a quiet town with a very dangerous secret so thank you my friend for your comment which is appreciated😊❤
This is still one of my favorites, it made me want to make the commonwealth clean and new again. :)
thank you my friend for your nice comment very appreciated and happy that it makes you want to rebuild again thank you for your visit
This really looks amazing!
😆
thank you my friend for your comment and your visit which is appreciated😊❤

Bethesda could, in a future Fallout game, explore the past before the Great War in more depth, creating a larger and more detailed pre-war world than just the neighborhood of Sanctuary Hills in Fallout 4.
I agree with you, the past in a community would be an asset, thank you for your comment it is appreciated😊❤
Remember if you’re ever in an after math nuclear war and feeling down about it just take some chems to cheer you back up just be careful not to get addicted 😂
thank you for your comment and visit😊
Damn, bro! Best one so far. Really well done!
thank you my friend for your comment and your visit and I repeat again your last construction was fantastic
@@claudetherrien Glad you enjoyed it! I'm on vacation now on the beach. When I get back I'll try to out do it. Let's keep pushing this game to the limit. Keep doing these. You're great!
I just found this. I have logged some 4000+ hours in FO4 and most of them were spent building. I have watched a bunch of UA-camrs for inspiration, but frankly never have I seen such a beautiful and magnificent build. This town and the amount of details, the layout and everything is just breathtaking.
I thank you very much for your comment which is very appreciated my friend😊❤
rare to see seemingly bespoke made assets of this scale in a fallout mod
thank you very much it is very appreciated😊❤
Outstanding! your attention to detail is great!
thank you very much it is very appreciated😊❤
This makes me wanna play a fallout prequel. Would be epic
glad it makes you want to play Fallout4 and thank you for your interest in this construction it's appreciated😊❤
absolutely phenomenal design!!
Thank you very much I really like your comment which is very appreciated thank you for your visit😊❤
you have alot of talent! i love watching what you build. And waiting to see what you do next, have you done one for fairline?
no unfortunately, thank you for your comment and visit which is very appreciated my friend, I am on a new regulation it will still be in Sanctuary but completely very different
Ah yes prewar sanctuary a better town a better future call today to live in a beautiful home
yes that's my goal, no more shabby wooden cabins, everyone has the right to a beautiful house, thank you for your comment which is appreciated😊❤
Amazing mod. This kind of playable introductory world in the start of Fallout would be so cool. Including the Tranquility Lane music.
yes you are right I imagine before the bombs we see how people live in their quiet little town and then the desolation comes, thank you my friend for your comment and your visit very appreciated
Dear friend! The Transfer Settlements mod is very simple. You are building beautifully! Many people would like to have your settlements in their game. You can place blueprints of your settlements on the nexus - you will help many players and earn a little but honest money for yourself. If we talk about the mods that you used, I do not know only the mod from which you used white chandeliers in houses and street lights.
thank you very much for your interest via these builds and it's much appreciated i'm sorry for anyone who would like to use my costructions for personal use but for me it's not possible i never use nexus my mods are on bethesda
Here are the mods .....

Dude this is awesome, I REALLY love it...
I'd get rid of those Apple computers at the start, kind of ruins the immersion. But other than that, this is freakin' flawless, you really nailed what the world looked like before the bombs fell!
thank you for the advice and your comment which is appreciated😊❤
@@claudetherrien Thank YOU, this video was still super awesome! I loved it a lot!
Great minus the Windows 8 and macOS screens in the first building you go into lol. why not RobCo terminals?
yes it's true I should have installed RobCo computers thank you for your visit😊❤
Now you make me want to have a Fallout spin off that takes place before the bombs fell 😂
glad that it gives you inspiration, building something other than an old ramshackle cabin is more interesting for me, thank you for your comment which is appreciated😊❤
This needs more views LIKE WOW THIS IS SO COOL!
thank you very much for your great comment very appreciated my friend
Sanctuary looking better then Boston at this point. Even if we could see it you already know Bethesdas bar is much lower then this. Good flipping job
thank you very much my friend for your comment and your visit very appreciated, yes I believe after 300 years it is time to get back to normal
Marvelous!
thank you very much for your comment which is very appreciated and happy that you like this small town😊❤
I like how bexsusd of only having the post war dirty textures available the slocum Joe's just looks like it's a really grotty and run down coffee shop haha
yes and fortunately and we can modify it to our taste thank you for your comment
Sooooo amazing!
thank you for your comment very appreciated and your visit
Alright, I will be blunt and start with what I hate
I hate that I don't have this creativity haha,
Well fucking done my man.
what a great humor thank you my friend for your great comment very appreciated
Love it !
I'm glad you like it and thank you for your visit
Awesome build if you ever made this a mod i would download for sure
thank you very much my friend for your comment but sorry I do not have the ability to make it a mode and thank you for your visit
This is incredible
Thank you very much it is very appreciated😊❤
Yet another absolutely gorgeous build. How do you do it? - Al
ah thank you for your comment which is appreciated, well it happens to me to have the emptiness in the head and no inspiration and hop I have an idea then I build what I see in my inspiration and voila! thank you again for your visit my friend
I just can't believe it.
But it would have taken me at least a year for all this work.
You have probably put buildings already built - because your previous video is not yet two weeks old.
I wonder how you do it. 👽 👀
Great job. 👍
thank you for your excellent comment, well all the buildings I have built since AaZ for me two weeks is the time needed for a construction, it took me about 150 hours and some construction takes me less time and voila thank you again for your visit
I guess Boston doesn’t like putting bulletproof glass in front of the bank tellers like most banks do
it would have been perfect but I don't have any mods for bulletproof windows with an opening on the front, thank you for your visit which is appreciated😊❤
Beautiful
thank you very much for your comment it is appreciated😊❤
7:23 Moe Cronin has shrunk, now he’s tiny!!! A cronin pain!! 🤣🤣🤣
yes he is smaller it is supposed to be a child not so successful thank you for your visit😊❤
@@claudetherrien No problem. I thought I would get the growing pain joke in there!!
This is incredible. I wish this was available for download from somewhere. But I don't think I saw a download link on the description.
thank you very much my friend but sorry I don't do downloads🙂❤
A post war version of this would be amazinnngggg :3
yes maybe it would be interesting thank you for your visit
I just think it's hilarious and awesome at the same time how it just took 1 Frenchman to turn it into a more walkable European-style town with a train station and apartment complexes
thank you my friend it is appreciated but I am not French from France I am from Quebec French Canadian thank you for your visit😊❤
Its a great town you put a lot of pre war detail and i love it can you tell me what mods you use

@starkiller 40000 for the construction of the bridge here are the mods (detailed supply regulations) I hope it is the right one
We recently saw something similar in Fallout 2 in the city of shady sands.
I didn't have the chance to see this small town because I never played Fallout 2, I'm happy to know that it exists elsewhere, thank you for your comment which is appreciated😊❤
It's like the glow of the world before the war.
yes it's that I wanted to inspire myself thank you my friend for your comment which is appreciated😊❤
The Geck sure can do wonders!
thank you for your comment and for your subscription it is very appreciated😊❤
@@claudetherrien No, you ... are very appreciated!
This totally reminds me of like a prewar Lexington / Goodneighbor
thank you for your comment it is appreciated😊❤
Big beautiful city. I really want to build one like this for myself. Sanctuary city. I like it. 😍
Thank you my friend, it is very appreciated, building a city is an exciting time😊❤
This is cool as hell and you're fucking nuts for building it.
thank you my friend your comment is appreciated😉❤
Is this on console or PC? What mod got you the slot machines?
I'm on XBOX for slot machines you have to do the shelter 88 mission it's not a mod
I'm surprised an area this huge with lots of buildings and objects isn't choking the fps with the draw calls count, specially because there are no interiors, did you mod occlusion planes as well?
at the beginning of this construction I build the buildings the streets ect. then I decorate some building and check the fps if all goes well I continue, and as you tell me I have empty buildings precisely because of the fps in my video there is a place where everything disappears so I filmed from an angle that it does not appear, I have problems but I am satisfied with the result thank you for your interest in this construction and thank you for your visit😊❤
@@claudetherrien Yeah I'm also addicted to settlements. I don't build this large but I build with lots of objects, Sim Settlement plots included. If you're still playing, check the Chuck Yufarley collection and its addons, I prticularly love the Log set.
@@gamblerfls yes I'm still building and thanks for the tip it's appreciated
Such great work
thank you very much your comment is appreciated😉❤
Very well done
thank you for your much appreciated comment
Very well done!
thank you very much for your comment and your visit
Wow...what an amazing creation and only those who have done some building in Fallout4 understand how much work went into this. I love it...is this a mod? I hope so although there was no link in the description. The only thing I probably would not be able to have is Slocum Joes donut shop from creation club. Outstanding and very realistic.
I'm glad you enjoy this build thanks for your great comment, to answer your question if it's a mods and well not all you see i built it with my imagination from AaZ thanks ecore for your visit take care of you my friend
@@claudetherrien Oh yeah, I recognized some of the mods you used, and probably DLC far harbor, also the NPC's and their uniforms, and the train....I have never seen a train like that in anyone's build so it's just an amazing build...Closest thing to perfection i have seen, and I have seen alot of Sanctuary builds. This one is the best by far. thanks for sharing your vision of a Sanctuary full of life and beauty.
Wow imagine being able to see more then 10 secs of life in fallout before the bombs fell. Modders "hold my beer". 10/10 great job.
your comment is very appreciated thank you, very soon another version of Sanctuary before the war😊❤
@@claudetherrien honestly I still make mods for fallout 4 but sadly i didnt even think of this hit me up if you need another hand. I'm also friends with voice actors and 3d/mesh design artists, but like I said it was honestly an amazing job from what I've seen.
@@marcusleonetti1182 thank you my friend for your offer I will take note of it and I am happy that you appreciate this construction❤😊

This looks like a demo area for a different game, not Sanctuary of Fallout 4! It's unbelievable to how much detail there is, there's hardly any words. Vault 111 still in its place though? Only made it halfway through the video when I had to comment.
thank you very much my friend for your great comment details are important for a good construction this is more credible i am happy that you enjoyed this style of construction and thank you again for your visit
