    Doctor oru 2years back vara enakku long hair apro white and bright skin tone irundhuchu but after college hair fall jasthi airuchu and the same veyil pattu pattu na nerayace dull avum konjo black avum aitan...and the same en routine reasons naala ennala healthy fruits and vegetables la sapda mudiyadhu doctor. Daily just rice mattum dha food ah eduthukran eduuvume nutritional foods edhuvum na eduthukuradhilla doctor...so indha vitamin c tablet oru 1 month try panlamnu irukan doctor na use panlama!!? Enakku kidney problems edhuvum irukura madhiri therila doctor...na vitamin c tablet eduthuklama edukardha irundha evlo mg edukanum i am 19years girl
