I would love to make these but unfortunately i do not have a pastry bag. Will i be able to make them by hand into balls and flatten them lightly. I am not sure if the dough will be too soft to roll into balls. Please advise. Thank you
I made these and they turned out great, however when I placed them in an airtight container, the next morning they became soft, any ideas as to why this happened.
Why do you state the amount of almonds needed as 1 cup + 1/3 cup + 1/3 cup? Is the extra 1/3 to be used as a topping instead of cherries or do you use all the 1 2/3 cups for the cookie batter?
Hi Nancy. Sorry about the confusion, for the batter I used 250 g of almonds which is about 1 + 2/3 cup. I wrote 1/3 cup twice because usually the 2/3 cup is not used. All the best ✨
