You've got a beautiful smile. This is my third day and I'm so glad I found your channel. Had a rough night so I started my day with a lovely soak in the bath.then a quick cold shower Love from London 🇬🇧
One of the hardest parts about quitting in my opinion is the lack of sleep. If you don’t get good sleep, you feel like shit and you want to smoke to alleviate that shitty feeling and then you’re right back to square one.
I make sure to get in bed the same time every night and hope for the best I might wake up but usually drift back to sleep I'm getting up and starting my day at the same time too so I will be in bed about 8 hours. At the very least my body can rest
Exactly why I began to smoke again after 3 weeks. Juste couldn t sleep at all, was tired as fck and hat wrinkles like an old man because of the lack of sleep 😞 I want to stop again today... I think I ll take sleeping pills if I cant sleep
Almost 2 months for me it’s just been so boring. Weed kinda helps to mitigate the fact that at its core life really just kind of sucks.. yes I’m doing all of these things too
Thanks for sharing and being open. Boredom is definitely apart of sobriety and I’ll share on that more to paint a more accurate perspective of sobriety because yes, life can be very boring. Being said, the root cause of boredom is fear so it sounds like there may be something not being addressed yet. What was your purpose for quitting marijuana and what are your long term dreams for this life?
I’m quitting it today I’m ready to make the step out of smoking dope funny how this video of a small amount of views shows up. Thank you for your words and testimony it’s encouraging 🙏
The hardest part of quitting for me is having the initial motivation and excitedness fade away after a month of being sober. Then I feel it gets harder as the time goes on. I’ve been smoking everyday the last decade and tried legitimately quitting atleast 100+ times. Longest I went was 6 months and I felt great but fucked up and started smoking again
Thanks for sharing mad max. I hear you, they call it the pink cloud effect and many people go back to using after that initial rush goes away. Same question I ask others, what do you want out of life? What is your dream life scenario and how is weed leading you towards or away from that dream?
Sorry you fucked up. But you did really good to go 6 months and its some thing you can use to persuade yourself that you do have the power to do it again. Cut down drastically for a week or two then mentally prepare yourself to stop. we smoked for a reason. life's tough. don't be hard on yourself. Good luck

Absolutely. I feel drunk when I don’t get enough sleep and the day becomes brutal
