It is like running. To come to a halt you can either slow down and then plant your feet or direct yourself into a wall. Running into a wall is painful but cold turkey works for some people. Easing yourself off with the goal of stopping must have that action of planting feet. Coming to a crawl and using once in a while is great but if your goal is to quit then you would want to plant your feet and come to a stop.
Unique analogy. Thanks for sharing. Slow n steady is the way for At some point everyone who quits must go cold turkey, but how we get there is a bit different for everyone
It's better I still have times where I think about it but I try to focus on other aspects of my life and trying to get better personally, socially, and career wise to a point where it's just on the backburner but Ik I have a long way to go haha...@@SobrietyUniversity
I’m on day 10 no smoking after 5 years of smoking 5 times a day I just want to know if this temperature I have is normal or is coming from another issue
Recognize that it very temporary and addictive and instead the high low living always be naturally high! No lows no false high‼️

I would say that cold turkey is the only way, if not you will stay in a loop and I'm so done with weed, it's such a set back.
At some point you have to go cold turkey to quit, however easing back slowly helped that moment be less painful
Cold turkey works best for me
Nice
