Dude eating just to get up to 280 was exausting, I couldn't imagine force feeding myself to anything near 350+ it's seriously a full time job of just eating all day. Im 6'4 and back down to 215 now where I feel the best.

the faster you lose weight the less healthy it is, instead of fat its bone density and muscle mass. a crash diet for a couple months can change your metabolism for the rest of your life, thats why people tend to gain more weight after dieting, their basal metabolic rate drops from 2500 to say 1500 to match intake, so if they consumed 2000 cal they'd gain weight.

@@rz9006The condition of the bird's feathers, talons, overall behavior, and a bunch of other stuff. I don't really know how to properly explain it but that bird is VERY well taken cared for.
I've had pet birds myself but that level of sheen on the feathers is not something you can achieve without proper care. It's not just the diet but also hygiene, exercise, and play. You can tell that the bird is not at all stressed, starved, or sick.

Ive lost 200 lbs myself in the last 12 months. At 40 years old, I feel 20 years younger. Best shape of my life. Ive been lifting pretty hard too. Reversed my type 2 diabetes, reversed fatty liver, off insulin, no high blood pressure, off all my meds now. Amazing feeling. Exercising has nearly cured my crippling anxiety as well.
3 pronged attack:
Intermittent fasting, i eat one meal a day.
Low carb. 50-100 grams a day tops.
I go to the gym every day and do 6-8 miles on the elliptical and lift every other day. I average 5.25 - 5.35 miles per hour on the elliptical. The first day i went to the gym i could only do 4 mins on the elliptical at 400 lbs. But the next day i did 6 mins. At the end of the week i was up to 12 mins. Just kept going back every day.

As a normal 160 lb adult male, I can't even begin to count the number of fat people that tell me I need to eat more. It's disgusting and has been happening my whole life. Some people don't even know what a normal healthy person looks like.

I was really fat and had double chin years ago, thought that I was looking fine. I've lost a lot of weight since then and now i'm scared to even look at my old photos.

The contrast between Niko and Boogie is kind of insane. Boogie was actually self-destructing and wasting all the UA-cam money, while Niko was laughing (with a worrying edge to it) while in control the whole time
This is a prime example of why older people say "do what makes you happy, people will talk about you regardless." When he was fat he was crazy, sick, and whatever. Now that he lost weight and admitted to playing a role, he's crazy, malnourished, faking it. All I'm seeing is a man who got the bag. But Nic Cage and Jim Carrey aren’t bad actors. Nicholas cage and Jim Carrey just suffered from questionable scripts. Nicholas cage was in debt and acted in any crappy movie he could be cast in to pay off his debts, and it shows when he didn’t put any effort in. And Jim Carrey is in comedy one of the most hit or miss genres in the film scene. Adam Sandler also was typecast as that way but once he got some good material he killed it in uncut gems, hustle, meyerowitz stories.

I'm a fat person and I'm super pleased for him that he's out of that situation. Even if it was done for a social experiment, it'd still have been hard on him, so I'm glad he's out of it. It's honestly inspiring too, it should show people what's possible for them too, if they only put the work in to achieve it.

I bet he told himself it was the plan as he was honestly getting scared cuz it was getting real (and consciously played off of that), and then he made the two year plan and commitment, and the payoff was the huge motivation to finally see it through, especially for a creator like this.
