@@TomsRoadTrippin well they had to close down where the kids zoo and the kids park are but flamingo cafe was open I got to feed the peacocks one was white and blue.

@@TomsRoadTrippin In the early 20th century there were only about 2 dozen Indian rhinos left before the government protected them. There are now about 2,000 in India and Nepal.

I already have my ticket for that zoo. I was planning to go on my last trip bit it was raining the whole day I was going. I'll go when I can during the summer.
Those monkey enclosures are terrible! There is no excuse for enclosures like those anymore. This zoo is going on my naughty list. (the rest of the zoo seems decent, but nothing special either) (also those 'kudu's' are nyala's. Maybe the signage was off. Did not see kudus in this video)
I'm pretty sure the zoo is working on plans to renovate that area. So hopefully the animals will have much better habitats. Either the signage was wrong or I may of missed the sign for the nyala.

I used to go to that zoo one of the elephants died and the other got sent to the Washington zoo a 10 ft Asian elephant and a 8 ft Asian elephant
Some zoo's have to move their elephant to larger facilities due to New regulations.

Did you know that before the Indian Rhinoceros that exhibit used to belong to Asian Elephants
Some zoo's no linger have the space required to legally house elephant.
