    Good Morning Meg💕I've added all your workouts to my playlist on the daily,The transition from each exercise to the other is very doable,not too fast not too slow,I'm limited to what I can do but so far all of them are excellent for me and I'm sure others as well.Mentally,physically I feel better,I'm in pain as I do each one but it's a good pain,I feel the tightness loosen,strength coming I am in pain all day every day ,every day and I can't take any type of medications,thank you for all you do for us,.I am so glad I found your channel ❣️🙏🎈
