I would think this is good to loosen the hips too yeah?? I do this often and feels good on my hips.

I am 63 years old and have never done yoga. I recently hurt my lower back and my brother recommended yoga. Your routine has been fabulous! My back is so much better. I would love your recommendations on more yoga routines/ videos that I can do to progress, as well as how often you recommend that I perform these. Thank you!

Nice but best at the end of the day or at night....it's too calm to do when waking up, just feel like going back to bed, now. Nice though.
Can definitely understand that - this is certainly more of a calming/restorative practice :)
Is this exercise safe for pregnant women ?
Hi Camila, it really depends on how comfortable you feel lying on your back for an extended length of time. After the 1st trimester it is usually recommended to not stay lying on your back for longer than a few minutes. In saying this, everyone is different and some women feel fine lying on their back, so if you are still feeling comfortable to do so, you can give it a try - apart from when the leg comes across the body which is a closed twist. We really just want to avoid creating any unnecessary compression on the belly. There is actually a prenatal practice for the lower back: ua-cam.com/video/bmsVXHUn0g0/v-deo.html
