If your doing both programs, would recommend you drop some hiit full body exercises as we wanna avoid bulking up your legs. A bit of a trade off for doing two programs. You'll still get results but your obviously not as abs focus if your doing two different programs at a time

I’ve always been bigger but never overweight. I’ve met a few months ago a guy I used to know and he called me fat.I cried a lot that night mostly because I was caught off guard and decided to do something about it. The second day I started doing various workouts and never stopped working out , I can say that you all have it in you! I definitely see major results and I have no doubt you will too!Keep doing your work guys! If you haven’t started yet what are you waiting for?

I’ve been doing this for 4 months and I have lost 15 kg and lost almost all my belly fat and I did this because I used to get bullied at school cos I’m fat and I have 4 packs recommended it very much. Thx u so much
@@shaikayesha4899 yes it is I lost weight so much first you have to change your eating habit don’t eat junk cook next never skip the day off but it depends on how you do it so maybe you will lose 5 kg or 10 kg nobody knows until you try it
I don’t care about abs or stuff like that I just wanna lose belly/ thighs weight so I guess this is the workout for me ! It’s going to be slow but I don’t want fast results but I wanna be constant. No crazy diets I’ll just control how much I eat and keep doing these workouts !
I did this for 2 weeks 3 days and I feel some changes on my belly it's getting slimmer and I don't have any diet but I should tell you what I eat in a day😁 Breakfast =2 chapatis and 1 bowl of vegetable(cooked) Snacks=biscuits Lunch= 1 chapati Dinner=2 chapatis with 1 bowl of vegetable And I drink a glass of lukewarm water in morning with empty stomach ✌🏻😀🌈 So, if I can do this and lose weight you can too!!! 💜 Edit - thanks for likes😀😀🤩

I gained a lot of size in my stomach and thighs due to 2 weeks of hospital isolation because I was Covid-19 confirmed. Now that I'm home and taking a long break from work, I ought to try this!!! Yet I guess I will go slowly because my lungs are not so good lately (I also have bronchitis). I just want to feel healthy and look fit for my wedding in the next 2 months
OMG guys... I have reach the end of my 30 days program 😭😭😭 So I can definitely see a difference. My legs are much more thinner and I have lost about 3 kg! I didn’t really change my diet but now I only eat when I’m hungry. If you’re still hesitating about doing Chloe’s programs I suggest you to do it cause it has really worked for me!!!
Sharing my results to encourage anyone to keep going:) Starting measurements Weight - 57.5kg Waist - 67.3 cm Hips - 93.98cm Right Thigh -58.421cm Left thigh - 61cm End measurements after the 30 days lean thigh challenge Weight: 55.46kg (2kg lost) Waist - 65cm (2.3cm lost) Hips - 92.5cm (1.5cm lost) Right - 57cm (1.4 cm lost) Left -57cm (4cm lost) I felt really discouraged after 2/3 of the challenge because I gained weight again after a period of losing weight :( I did this because my fat content was high and I wanted to reduce it to the healthy range. Some things that helped me to keep going • Support from boyfriend and family to keep going • Did it together with some Madfit’s dance/strength workouts (which I really enjoy!) as CT’s workouts felt a bit mundane • Changed the music during the last week and that really helped as I was able to do it with something I enjoy! • In general, I ate healthily with a few indulgences. I realised I need to be kind to myself and not feel guilty whenever I had something high in calories😣 • I learnt that my mind really matters in what I tell myself. I had to keep telling myself ‘I can do it’ instead of ‘This is too hard’. • My biggest obstacle was myself but I’m glad to have gone through the journey of learning to love myself for who I am! • Also for anyone who is feeling insecure about how they look, find your worth not in your weight but in God. God loves you for who you are completely, with no attachments!
I just want to say thank you so much, I’m a 13 year old ballet dancer and I have always been slightly overweight. I’ve always felt uncomfortable in my body, I have never stuck to an exercise for more than 2 days, but this is so effective and easy to stick to, I’ve done this for over a week! and through all the sweat, I’m starting to see changes. I'm going to this and 16:8 intermittment fasting and a couple other workouts to see what happens! Likes for motivation? Edit: It has been around a week and i already see noticable results! Trust me when i say consistencey is key to seeing change. Thank you so much Chloe!
If you're female, I'd reconsider doing the fasting. I started to do the 16-8 fast but there was a study done on mice saying it affected the female's fertility so tread carefully
This is insane okay so I started off Monday right, was so motivated to do this and then Tuesday comes.. didn't get to do the workout for whatever reason and I was so bummed . Wednesday comes and I STILL DIDNT get to do the workout and now its Thursday. I combined all of Tuesdays and Wednesdays workouts and I am so happy I did. 35 mins of straight leg burning. I am so happy I didn't give up my legs are on fire even while I'm sitting down typing this. Chloe you are a beast at what you do. I am now energized and I can't wait to combine todays and tomorrows workout then I'll be back on track with the whole program. I even lost 3 pounds since Monday and I'm shook ( might just be water weight but still) Clean eating and drinking 1 gallon of water a day + your workouts + my mama's workouts is the new meta. This is my current favorite workout video, I use this to warm up before doing abs and leg exercises. I’m very unfit and pretty overweight and I can complete this without taking any break, so it makes me feel happy and motivated to keep going ❤️

This is day 5 for the lean thigh challenge and I'm loving it. I am on day 29 for the flat belly challenge (already completed) so tomorrow is my last day and wow. The flat belly challenge is so worth it and I'm positive this thigh challenge will be worth it as well. Prior to this, I use work out everyday for like 5 months non stop (doing random workouts) but didn't see this much progress when compared to Chloe's flat belly challenge in 30 days may I add. TO anyone doing any challenge, DON'T GIVE UP!!!! You've got this and share it with your friends. They will thank you later hehe Very happy with my body thus far. I saw a bit of a difference not that huge tho March 7th: Done! my legs were so tired at this point March 8th: started school so I missed this day:( March 9th: Done! my legs haven't slimmed much but I can see a bit of a difference March 10th: Missed this day too:( March 11th: Done! felt the burn on this day March 12th: Done! April 2nd: Done (This day was my birthday so I was especially happy with how far I had come with loosing weight) :) April 3rd: Done! Over all, I did miss the odd few days but other than that I'm really proud of myself for loosing some weight and I highly recommend doing this workout everyday because trust me YOU WILL SEE RESULTS :) and even on days you don't feel like doing it just try doing half or something as it will still make a difference.
@@kannadafoodpoint1915 Yeah.. These are cardiovascular exercises, good for increasing your stamina but doesn't work for burning fat for long time. Because soon our body get habituated for it..🙂

Rimsha Mallik honestly i started noticing results on about the fourth (ish) day (not like a ton but I went from 143 lbs to 140), but i was dieting, i stopped dieting though and after about another week or so i lost about 9-10 (ish) pounds( I weighed about 136), it works pretty quickly, i also would recommend just drinking a ton of water, I think that helped as well. Now I weigh 126.7 lbs and I feel great, I still do these workouts just not as consistently, I also try to eat healthy but like mc Donald’s tho 😋😂
This is my day 30!!!!! I'm really proud of myself for sticking to it so long I don't really know if there was a difference in my physique because I didn't measure anything or weight myself, but I know that I feel better mentally and I feel healthier also my cardio has improved a little. This is the third challenge I've done, and I'm going to do another one

Height 178 178 Weight 76.4 62.3 - 4.1 Arms 29 26.5 - 2.5 Bust 97 90 - 7 Waist 75 66.5 - 8.5 H. Hips 97 90.5 - 6.5 Hips 98 92 - 6 Legs 62 55.5 - 6.5 (thickest part) First I want to say just doing workouts 10 mins daily and eating the same\starving yourself doesn't works out. I've tried I only lost 12 kilos in 1.5 year. And gained 3 of them the second I ate just a little more. I did this lean legs\lose weight full program for 40 days without any rest days after lunch and sometimes added some different videos for lovehandles or legs (in total daily 55mins at one) and 20-30 mins hiit after dinner I Was eating 900-1000 cals daily. Also I've been cooking by myself and I cut out junk\fast food, sugar and oil. I haven't ate salt for 3 years so that was a great motivation somehow. For last 12 days I am only doing 10-20 mins hiit right after I wake up and 20-30 mins hiit after dinner. I eat 200-300 cals daily. sugar and oil. But I really missed Bigmac sooooo much :'( I got only 4-5 kilos left. I' ve never been this skinny before in my life. Thank you so much for this Chloe. I'll update when I reach my goal =)

I loved the little videos in the corner just before we went into the next work-out, it made it so much easier to smoothly transition from one to the next. I also loved that each excersise was only one minute, it made the time go by so fast!
I never realized Breathing is so important until I started to focus on it! Your stamina lasts longer and you don’t feel as tired! Never too late to realize basic things in fitness journeys 😅😄

And it's more effective on the legs! My legs were always fat and thigh gap is always missing. Hehe Now i've been doing this workout for 15 days and it had a major change on my legs! I'm suprised actually. I've never seen my legs this slim and my legs' shape turned straight cut! Okay, so i've tried this and the summer shred challenge 2019 and let me tell you that this is the first time in 3 months that i looked myself at the mirror and finally i started to feel comfortable with my body. Yeah, i'm not really thin and i'm still overweight, but this excercises help me a lot than other challenges in years. So i'm really grateful about it and i only wanted to share it because i know theres always thoughts about if it is going to work or not, but definitely this challenges will work :)

28 years old, 1.69 cm and 61 kg. Day 1: too hard for me, I have quited at 70% althougt I've drinked isotonic drink. Day 2: No fatigue. Hard but I finished the exercises at 100% 💕. My heart rate is insane. Day 3: this isn't so hard. My heart rate is not insane. I feel good.

WOOOOOOO Overall it was pretty hard at first not knowing how to do some of them but it did get easier as I continued however I kept loosing my balance during wood chopper,knees pulls, and step back and crunch. I am not consistent at all I have not kept going with something like this for no more than a week or two so I could not be happier that I stayed consistent for a MONTH. The results: Ok so this video helped me loose 2 lbs it may not seem like a lot but I didn’t really change my diet much and I have had a lot of midnight snacks. I feel like some fat may have been turned into muscle? I don’t really know but it did help me loose weight and I’m happy I will be doing more of her programs in the future Luv u Chole

So what I did first thing to start losing weight was keep track of how much I was eating, so basically smaller portions with barely any snacks but if you do like to have a snack like I always did, id buy one of my favorite fruits to eat and wouldn’t eat anything past 7 pm. Then for working out I didn’t really follow any videos yet, all I did was home workouts by myself like running up and down the stairs in my house for about an hour or 30 minutes each day. After about 4 and half months of doing that I started looking into more workouts to see if I could lose any weight in my stomach area quicker and that’s when I found out about Chloe ting, the first workout I ever did for 4 months each day twice a day was the 10 min lower ab workout. Then after that I moved on to the high intensity ab workout|10 min standing ab workout doing this workout once a day along with another which was the belly fat burner workout|20 min abs and HIIT cardio. The reason for only losing around 80-85 pounds though was because of my low thyroid health problem, I’m sure if you did this and don’t have that health problem you’d probably lose much more weight than me! But after that I kind of let myself go for a little bit which was a mistake! Gained 30 pounds back and recently I’ve been going back to my workouts, recent workouts are the “get smaller waist 28 days”, “thigh workout for losing fat”, “burn belly fat and thigh workout “ and lastly “stretches to get thinner legs and slimmer thighs”. As for food, like I said smaller portions, check how much fat are in things, I didn’t eat a lot of carbs which REALLY gave me progress with losing weight so I suggest that as well!! I’ve been doing this workout consistently for 8 months and it’s awesome. I was 165 pounds when I started and now I am 135 pounds. Consistency and diet are key!

I started this challenge on 11th June 2022...This time am not measuring weight...I just want to wear my jeans which is not fitting rn... Just wanted to share my experience.. Day 1 : ✅ My first day hard but it was okay...I hardly did upto 6 min....by evng my body started aching. Day 2 : ✅ This day was hard harder hardest... I couldn't do more than 5 min...my body was shivering with severe pain... Day 3 : ✅ Today it is better..I could do till 10 min with a single break...rn my right hand is paining...gonna come back tomorrow Day 4 : ✅ Today I exercised in the eveng.. I could hardly do for 9½ min.... I'm feeling very tired today...but good thing is I don't have any body aches...

I like your workout music choice. Chilling Trap beats like these helped me endure the workout longer. Some other youtuber picked fast techno beat (ones played a lot in gyms) for their workout video and I felt it made me get tired quicker than usual and also speed up my pulse. That type is good to motivate people to get up and exercise, but not to listen through the whole working out.

I’ll try to update, no promises! Day 1: I’ll admit I couldn’t do the whole workout without a break. It was just too much so I took a quick break. But once I did finish I felt so tired and I basically fell onto my bed. I’m gonna try to do this in the morning tomorrow :D Day 2: Wooo!! I managed to do the full workout with out taking a break. I also felt as if it wasn’t nearly as hard as yesterday. Honestly I didn’t expect that this fast. I’m definitely still tired but not like yesterday tired. :D Day 3: I feel about the same as day 2 but a bit sore. I think it’s working! Day 4: I didn’t workout today but my stomach looks thinner! Day 5: Workout felt a lot easier. I feel a lot stronger too! My stomach is the same as yesterday and I feel good :D Day 6,12:I actually got sick (ah! Sorry!!) so I haven’t been able to do the workout. I’ll get back on it when I’m feel better though! Day 13: It was super easy! I’m definitely a bit sweaty but much easier than day one :) my stomach is also a lot smaller! Day 14-15: went camping and didn’t have time Day 16: My stomach has gotten a lot thinner but honestly this does nothing for my thighs 😅 So I think I’ll consider this “workout” complete. This workout is brilliant. This is the least intensive Chloe workout I ever did and still my heart rate was above 150 all the time. It's perfect for those lazy days where you are not in a mood for her other hiit workouts.

If your doing both programs, would recommend you drop some hiit full body exercises as we wanna avoid bulking up your legs. A bit of a trade off for doing two programs. You'll still get results but your obviously not as abs focus if your doing two different programs at a time

I’ve met a few months ago a guy I used to know and he called me fat.I cried a lot that night mostly because I was caught off guard and decided to do something about it. The second day I started doing various workouts and never stopped working out , I can say that you all have it in you! I did this for 2 weeks 3 days and I feel some changes on my belly it's getting slimmer and I don't have any diet but I should tell you what I eat in a day😁
Breakfast =2 chapatis and 1 bowl of vegetable(cooked)
Snacks=biscuits
Lunch= 1 chapati
Dinner=2 chapatis with 1 bowl of vegetable
And I drink a glass of lukewarm water in morning with empty stomach ✌🏻😀🌈

I gained a lot of size in my stomach and thighs due to 2 weeks of hospital isolation because I was Covid-19 confirmed. Now that I'm home and taking a long break from work, I ought to try this!!! OMG guys... I have reach the end of my 30 days program 😭😭😭 So I can definitely see a difference. My legs are much more thinner and I have lost about 3 kg! I didn’t really change my diet but now I only eat when I’m hungry. If you’re still hesitating about doing Chloe’s programs I suggest you to do it cause it has really worked for me!!!

Weight: 55.46kg (2kg lost)
Waist - 65cm (2.3cm lost)
Hips - 92.5cm (1.5cm lost)
Right - 57cm (1.4 cm lost)

I felt really discouraged after 2/3 of the challenge because I gained weight again after a period of losing weight :( I did this because my fat content was high and I wanted to reduce it to the healthy range.
Some things that helped me to keep going
• Support from boyfriend and family to keep going
• Did it together with some Madfit’s dance/strength workouts (which I really enjoy!) as CT’s workouts felt a bit mundane
• Changed the music during the last week and that really helped as I was able to do it with something I enjoy!
• In general, I ate healthily with a few indulgences. I realised I need to be kind to myself and not feel guilty whenever I had something high in calories😣
• I learnt that my mind really matters in what I tell myself. I had to keep telling myself ‘I can do it’ instead of ‘This is too hard’.
• My biggest obstacle was myself but I’m glad to have gone through the journey of learning to love myself for who I am!
• Also for anyone who is feeling insecure about how they look, find your worth not in your weight but in God. God loves you for who you are completely, with no attachments!

I just want to say thank you so much, I’m a 13 year old ballet dancer and I have always been slightly overweight. I’ve always felt uncomfortable in my body, I have never stuck to an exercise for more than 2 days, but this is so effective and easy to stick to, I’ve done this for over a week! and through all the sweat, I’m starting to see changes. If you're female, I'd reconsider doing the fasting. I started to do the 16-8 fast but there was a study done on mice saying it affected the female's fertility so tread carefully

This is insane okay so I started off Monday right, was so motivated to do this and then Tuesday comes.. didn't get to do the workout for whatever reason and I was so bummed . Wednesday comes and I STILL DIDNT get to do the workout and now its Thursday. I combined all of Tuesdays and Wednesdays workouts and I am so happy I did. 35 mins of straight leg burning. I am so happy I didn't give up my legs are on fire even while I'm sitting down typing this. Chloe you are a beast at what you do. I am now energized and I can't wait to combine todays and tomorrows workout then I'll be back on track with the whole program. I even lost 3 pounds since Monday and I'm shook ( might just be water weight but still) Clean eating and drinking 1 gallon of water a day + your workouts + my mama's workouts is the new meta. This is my current favorite workout video, I use this to warm up before doing abs and leg exercises. I’m very unfit and pretty overweight and I can complete this without taking any break, so it makes me feel happy and motivated to keep going ❤️

This is day 5 for the lean thigh challenge and I'm loving it. I am on day 29 for the flat belly challenge (already completed) so tomorrow is my last day and wow. The flat belly challenge is so worth it and I'm positive this thigh challenge will be worth it as well. Prior to this, I use work out everyday for like 5 months non stop (doing random workouts) but didn't see this much progress when compared to Chloe's flat belly challenge in 30 days may I add.

Rimsha Mallik honestly i started noticing results on about the fourth (ish) day (not like a ton but I went from 143 lbs to 140), but i was dieting, i stopped dieting though and after about another week or so i lost about 9-10 (ish) pounds( I weighed about 136), it works pretty quickly, i also would recommend just drinking a ton of water, I think that helped as well. Now I weigh 126.7 lbs and I feel great, I still do these workouts just not as consistently, I also try to eat healthy but like mc Donald’s tho 😋😂

First I want to say just doing workouts 10 mins daily and eating the same\starving yourself doesn't works out. I've tried I only lost 12 kilos in 1.5 year. And gained 3 of them the second I ate just a little more.
I did this lean legs\lose weight full program for 40 days without any rest days after lunch and sometimes added some different videos for lovehandles or legs (in total daily 55mins at one) and 20-30 mins hiit after dinner I Was eating 900-1000 cals daily. Also I've been cooking by myself and I cut out junk\fast food, sugar and oil. I haven't ate salt for 3 years so that was a great motivation somehow. For last 12 days I am only doing 10-20 mins hiit right after I wake up and 20-30 mins hiit after dinner. I eat 200-300 cals daily. sugar and oil. But I really missed Bigmac sooooo much :'(
I got only 4-5 kilos left. I' ve never been this skinny before in my life. Thank you so much for this Chloe.

I loved the little videos in the corner just before we went into the next work-out, it made it so much easier to smoothly transition from one to the next. I also loved that each excersise was only one minute, it made the time go by so fast!

Okay, so i've tried this and the summer shred challenge 2019 and let me tell you that this is the first time in 3 months that i looked myself at the mirror and finally i started to feel comfortable with my body. Yeah, i'm not really thin and i'm still overweight, but this excercises help me a lot than other challenges in years. So i'm really grateful about it and i only wanted to share it because i know theres always thoughts about if it is going to work or not, but definitely this challenges will work :)
Does this workout tones butt and does it increases the fat in calves ? Plz reply
@@jennybajracharya9376 yes, this help me to burn fat in calves and also i made some extra stretches for legs and calves but it doesn't tone the butt for me :)

28 years old, 1.69 cm and 61 kg.
Day 1: too hard for me, I have quited at 70% althougt I've drinked isotonic drink.
Day 2: No fatigue. Hard but I finished the exercises at 100% 💕. My heart rate is insane.
Day 3: this isn't so hard. My heart rate is not insane. I feel good.

Day 1:✅ that was soooo hard I sweated soo much and I don’t sweat easily
Day 2:✅it was a little easier but harder at the same time. I knew what I was doing this time but my legs were soo sore from yesterday

Day 30:✅ I DID IT!!!!! WOOOOOOO Overall it was pretty hard at first not knowing how to do some of them but it did get easier as I continued however I kept loosing my balance during wood chopper,knees pulls, and step back and crunch. I am not consistent at all I have not kept going with something like this for no more than a week or two so I could not be happier that I stayed consistent for a MONTH.
The results: Ok so this video helped me loose 2 lbs it may not seem like a lot but I didn’t really change my diet much and I have had a lot of midnight snacks. I feel like some fat may have been turned into muscle? I don’t really know but it did help me loose weight and I’m happy I will be doing more of her programs in the future

Vickie Jones Hello! So what I did first thing to start losing weight was keep track of how much I was eating, so basically smaller portions with barely any snacks but if you do like to have a snack like I always did, id buy one of my favorite fruits to eat and wouldn’t eat anything past 7 pm. Then for working out I didn’t really follow any videos yet, all I did was home workouts by myself like running up and down the stairs in my house for about an hour or 30 minutes each day. After about 4 and half months of doing that I started looking into more workouts to see if I could lose any weight in my stomach area quicker and that’s when I found out about Chloe ting, the first workout I ever did for 4 months each day twice a day was the 10 min lower ab workout. Then after that I moved on to the high intensity ab workout|10 min standing ab workout doing this workout once a day along with another which was the belly fat burner workout|20 min abs and HIIT cardio. The reason for only losing around 80-85 pounds though was because of my low thyroid health problem, I’m sure if you did this and don’t have that health problem you’d probably lose much more weight than me! But after that I kind of let myself go for a little bit which was a mistake! Gained 30 pounds back and recently I’ve been going back to my workouts, recent workouts are the “get smaller waist 28 days”, “thigh workout for losing fat”, “burn belly fat and thigh workout “ and lastly “stretches to get thinner legs and slimmer thighs”. As for food, like I said smaller portions, check how much fat are in things, I didn’t eat a lot of carbs which REALLY gave me progress with losing weight so I suggest that as well!! I started this challenge on 11th June 2022...This time am not measuring weight...I just want to wear my jeans which is not fitting rn...
Just wanted to share my experience..
Day 1 : ✅ My first day hard but it was okay...I hardly did upto 6 min....by evng my body started aching.
Day 2 : ✅ This day was hard harder hardest... I couldn't do more than 5 min...my body was shivering with severe pain...
Day 3 : ✅ Today it is better..I could do till 10 min with a single break...rn my right hand is paining...gonna come back tomorrow
Day 4 : ✅ Today I exercised in the eveng.. I could hardly do for 9½ min....
I'm feeling very tired today...but good thing is I don't have any body aches...
I've been following you for years now and I can say that I always finish on your channel ! I've tried many different channels but I can't find the same atmosphere and editing.

I like your workout music choice. Chilling Trap beats like these helped me endure the workout longer.
Some other youtuber picked fast techno beat (ones played a lot in gyms) for their workout video and I felt it made me get tired quicker than usual and also speed up my pulse. That type is good to motivate people to get up and exercise, but not to listen through the whole working out.

Already started this challenge but forgot to record it! Currently on day 6, my measurements are thighs: 21 inches, waist: 28 inches, hips: 34 inches. Will update once I'm finished!

Day 1: I’ll admit I couldn’t do the whole workout without a break. It was just too much so I took a quick break. But once I did finish I felt so tired and I basically fell onto my bed. I’m gonna try to do this in the morning tomorrow :D
Day 2: Wooo!! I managed to do the full workout with out taking a break. I also felt as if it wasn’t nearly as hard as yesterday. Honestly I didn’t expect that this fast. I’m definitely still tired but not like yesterday tired. :D
Day 3: I feel about the same as day 2 but a bit sore. I think it’s working!
Day 4: I didn’t workout today but my stomach looks thinner!
Day 5: Workout felt a lot easier. I feel a lot stronger too! My stomach is the same as yesterday and I feel good :D
Day 6,12:I actually got sick (ah! Sorry!!) so I haven’t been able to do the workout. I’ll get back on it when I’m feel better though!
Day 13: It was super easy! I’m definitely a bit sweaty but much easier than day one :) my stomach is also a lot smaller!
Day 14-15: went camping and didn’t have time
Day 16: My stomach has gotten a lot thinner but honestly this does nothing for my thighs 😅 So I think I’ll consider this “workout” complete. Thank you for all the support :) goodluck if your going to try this!

This workout is brilliant. This is the least intensive Chloe workout I ever did and still my heart rate was above 150 all the time. It's perfect for those lazy days where you are not in a mood for her other hiit workouts.
I burned 5 pounds and 6 ounces in a week. Can you do one that gets rid of arm fat Chloe?
