Loki there’s a new ssbu mod for sonic called sonic reimagined they just released v2 of it it changes Sonic’s moveset and there’s also a mod of a playable silver with a custom moveset and skins.

You ever wanna see Mighty go full beast mode, read Sonic Universe Issue #49. I don't wanna spoil anything, but he's just as strong as Knuckles, maybe even a bit stronger because he goes into a full-on blood rage.
You should also check out Sonic Forces Overclocked. It's a fan game based off of after the events of Sonic Forces and its really good.
