It was made by Bungie West, creators of Halo or Destiny. Since it was a PC exclusive, Rockstar just ported the game to PS2.

i played this when i was like 10-11 something like that and there was one level i was suck on so i was pushing buttons to work out what i needed to do, the funniest thing was i think i press the button in the sequence to do the complete level cheat by mistake since i went to the next level :)
Are you playing the game using an emulator? I'm hearing stuttering in the film sequences and a few other odd things going on.

Looks okay combat wise
There is a lot of soundtrack in the game, but for the most part we only hear ambient sounds. It was the composer's decision, the music had to be played only in special moments of the game.
You can see the next rooms lights through the wall at 7:00. Still going to get his game when I can.

Thank god I found out the name of the game ONI. Been playing this is upsacaled resolution on my current PC and let me tell you it dosen't disappoint

atleast ps2 had decent frame rates.modern consoles still cant handle 1080p textures without dropping frames.. ps5 i think will finally be able to get smooth fps again with how advanced integrated graphics have gotten because i doubt they will go full on dedicated gpu and hike the price to 800 at launch or something.

I played this both on PS2 and PC (much better on PC; that I agree on). While the game might not have had much detail, I feel that it could have spent more time in development.
This game deserves a remake.
