Alex Springer almost 500,000 people live in Staten Island, and 3 parks is bigger than most
went about 9 years of skating street and then a skatepark was finally built here. It was set on fire within a month

@@georgeorum1543 right. the people who reviewd couldn't have been all skaters. cause majority of skaters gonna like a bunh of street obstacles. my biggest complaint about parks is when there is absolutely no street. alotta parks make only vert. and its annoying when you don't specialize in ramps and transition.

I’m not a skater but that looks like the best way to even begin skating, you can experiment so much in that park. And it just looks appealing too

It's very subtle, but I very much appreciate the extra time you take to sync the music to the tricks in the skate montages. It's a great touch and really shows how you go above and beyond to put out the highest quality of content.

Actually really like the concept of this park. I don't think every park should look like this, but the obstacles are actually quite unique and some of those ledges look hella nice. Looks like a great place to film some dope lines.

As i said before i love grinding and ramps aren't my things ( *Dont ask i totaly didnt get hurt really bad....just a reminder* ) This Is one of the best skateparks i've ever seen in my life
Anyone else notice how he times the music to line up with him landing? And other moments as to use it as a snare? 10/10 edditing. Whoever edits this, weather its John, or someone else (maybe as part of a video edditing team) good job!

I WISH I had this park near me. With so many parks focused on flow there aren't many ledge based parks so this would be the perfect park when you need a change of pace👌👌✌
yeah indeed, most big parks have lots of ramps and stuff, but not that many ledges and rails. But there is no skatepark at all near me, so I would love to have something. this park looks actually really fun!

For my first year of skating i only skated flat, i was scared to go to the park and get judged. After that year when i was pretty good already i decided to go to my local. Everyone was so nice there and noone judged each other, i made new friends and had so much fun woth them. So never be scared of going to a park.

Back when I used to skate I would've loved this place. The variety in different sizes of the rails and ledges makes it great for new skaters to get into landing the tricks. For a beginner this is a pretty cool park in my eyes.

Most ppl can do or learn ramps easy but doing tricks or being creative with the rails and stuff take more time to learn
I noticed that too, especially for kids. They can do crazy things on the ramps, but they usually can't ollie high enough to do anything on a ledge or rail.

If you are in the middle of nowhere; this park would be a blessing. I used to skate on dirt with a couple pieces of strategically placed plywood. Either that or a busy road one grade above cobblestone.

Wow, it's like the very first map you make in THPS 3 or 4 in the map editor. Not even the one where you go crazy with the rail tool just to test the limits. The one where you go in just to test how the ui even works.
Skateboarding is all about creativity. Skateparks and streets are the canvas of your art work.
The people bitching about the park and rating it low are the ppl who just roll around all day and get in people way

My city used to have a park that was a couple big bowls together and a half pipe tube, now we have a super nice park downtown with a small bowl some rails and a nice kicker over a rail
We don't even have skateparks where I live, I just have one giant half pipe that I'm too scared to even try, so I just go around parking lots and other stuff

Wow, this made me realise how great the skatepark near me is. We have bowls, ramps, ledges. It’s huge, and only a 10 minute ride from my house
I don't skate anymore but when I was a kid I had a curb and an incline to practice skating on. I lived on a military base overseas that didn't have a skatepark built on it until right before I left. I learned to grind on curbs. This would have been a lot of fun for me as a kid.

That park is dope dude! It reminds me of my local park, wedgewood in PA. Just a bunch of ledges and rails made by the locals on an old tennis court that nobody used. We did have a qp and a box with a bank but for the most part this is just like my park.
