10 Minute Full Body Stretch & Mobility [DAILY ROUTINE]

Week 3 Day 4(2): This was a great addition to the recovery day. It relieved a lot of muscle tension and soreness. I feel relaxed and ready for the next day’s routine. The full body recovery consisted of extra reps of stretches + mobility and 30 minutes active recovery yoga. Let’s Go ! 💪🏽🔥💪🏽
I love these stretches. I use them as kind of a wake-up call for my body, first thing in the morning.

Just did this stretch workout, and goodness! I LOVED EVERY SECOND OF IT! I loved the pace, every stretch, and especially the BACKGROUND MUSIC! Everything was aesthetically pleasing and will add this to a study playlist for whenever I feel I need to take a deep breath and need a little pick me up! This video so far has been my favorite of the summer workout challenge 😊 Absolutely LOVE IT!
This is something I'll def be using tomorrow! I'm a runner and I need a routine like this....and y'all do all the movements slow, steady and not jerky...easy to follow!

Week 4, Day 5: Challenge completed !! I had bumps in the road but overall I believe it was a successful journey. I have a better understanding of working out and plan to continue in some form or fashion. I already have a few Juice & Toya videos planned for next week and will start jogging/walking as well. Week 1 - Day 6
The first week is done!! I did this stretch a little late but better late than never. I feel so ready to relax tomorrow and then start week 2. ☺️
I found this vídeo by chance and I couldn't be happier! It covers a lot of the streches advised by my physio but in a more fun way. I just had a go and loved it, thanks guys!!

Week 3 Day 4 continuation! Was super excited to see a new video on the roster! Those outer hip stretches never fail to crack this little part of my back, and I looove it.

Week 4 Day 5: Did this workout prior to completing today's AMRAP. I definitely feel that my muscles are more relaxed now and I am ready to tackle the finish line!

W1D6 I did the EMON Abs and Arms dumbbell before doing this. This stretch was the best way to end the first week. I’ve done this one before and add it into my workouts often.
I never stretched regularly before but ever since I got the app it’s a part of my workout!!! And it does help!! Reading the newsletter probably the playlist is something I need to add.
Week 3 day 4 : I definitely needed this stretch day. I completed the lower body stretch video also bc my legs are usually really tight. I feel calm

to use a yoga mat? Is there a certain kind of foam roller? I’m experiencing extreme pain in the back of my legs. I need help 🙏 Went to the Dr. & he is having me drink 60 oz of water. I need to stretch these muscles as it’s from horrible emotional stress.
