Week 3 Day 4(2): This was a great addition to the recovery day. It relieved a lot of muscle tension and soreness. I feel relaxed and ready for the next day’s routine. The full body recovery consisted of extra reps of stretches + mobility and 30 minutes active recovery yoga. Let’s Go ! 💪🏽🔥💪🏽
W3D1 SRC 2023 Got my stretch in. This is a great one. My goal is to get back to implementing stretching with every workout I do. Taking the extra time for that makes all the difference in so many ways. Feeling great starting week 3!!

Just did this stretch workout, and goodness! I LOVED EVERY SECOND OF IT! I loved the pace, every stretch, and especially the BACKGROUND MUSIC! Everything was aesthetically pleasing and will add this to a study playlist for whenever I feel I need to take a deep breath and need a little pick me up! This video so far has been my favorite of the summer workout challenge 😊 Absolutely LOVE IT!
Week 4, Day 5: Challenge completed !! I had bumps in the road but overall I believe it was a successful journey. I have a better understanding of working out and plan to continue in some form or fashion. I already have a few Juice & Toya videos planned for next week and will start jogging/walking as well. Believe me this stress relaxes the body to a great extent. I did this after an advanced level dumbell workout and all my stiffness is gone. Do this yourself and feel it. W1D6 I did the EMON Abs and Arms dumbbell before doing this. This stretch was the best way to end the first week. I’ve done this one before and add it into my workouts often.
I never stretched regularly before but ever since I got the app it’s a part of my workout!!! And it does help!! Reading the newsletter probably the playlist is something I need to add.
W3D4 (11/10/22): this felt so deliciously good after a long day at my desk. Perfect pre-bedtime stretch and I'll definitely add it as a warm up/cool down going forward.

This stretch routine was a great finish to my Day 2 of the 2023 Summer Ready Challenge!!! I used it for today because I needed to cool down.
